Silsurf® A004-UP by Siltech acts as a low foaming silicone surfactant. It is a very low molecular weight ethoxylated polydimethylsiloxane having with excellent wetting and spreading capabilities. It is applicable for inks and coatings. It has an INCI name of PEG-4 Dimethicone. It reduces the surface tension of water to 20.0-21.0 dyne/cm when used at a dosage level of 0.1 %. It is listed with TSCA, DSL, AICS, IECSC, ENCS, KECI, TCSI, NZIoC and PICCS inventories. Silsurf® A004-UP has a shelf life of 36 months at 10-40°C. Silsurf® Di 5018-F by Siltech acts as a lubricant and chain modifier for resins and coatings. It is carbinol terminated polyether siloxane copolymer. It can be reacted during the polymerization process with isocyanates to modify the surface and physical properties of the polyurethane polymer. Provides lubricity, leveling and anti-blocking benefits. Improves low temperature flexibility, softness, elasticity, hydrophobicity, breathability and abrasion resistance of the finished materials. It has a shelf life of 36 months at 10-40°C. It is listed with TSCA, DSL, AICS, IECSC, ENCS, KECI, TCSI and NZIoC inventories. Recommended usage level of Silsurf® Di 5018-F is 2.0-5.0 %wt. Silsurf® Di-1010 by Siltech is a self emulsifying silicone with polyether terminal groups. Improves surface properties such as mar resistance, anti-blocking and softness. It can be reacted with isocyanates, epoxides, polyurethane and other reactive compounds to modify resins and coatings. It has an INCI name of PEG-10 Dimethicone. It has a shelf life of 36 months at 15-40°C. Recommended dosage level of Silsurf® Di-1010 is 0.05-3 %. It is listed with TSCA, DSL, AICS, IECSC, ENCS, KECI, TCSI, NZIoC and PICCS inventories. Silsurf® A008-UP by Siltech is a monofunctional, water-dispersible silicone surfactant. It is a very low molecular weight ethoxylated polydimethylsiloxane based on a distilled mono-functional trisiloxane intermediate. It also acts as a flow and leveling aid in paints and coatings. Exhibits excellent wetting and super spreading capabilities. It reduces the surface tension of water to 20-22 mN/m range at a dosage level of 0.1 %wt. Silsurf® A008-UP is listed with TSCA, DSL, AICS, IECSC, ENCS, KECI, TCSI, NZIoC and PICCS inventories. Silsurf® B608 by Siltech is a self-emulsifying compatibilizer, flow and leveling agent with good slip. It is low to non-foaming silicone glycol copolymer having INCI name of PEG-8 Dimethicone. It can also be used as an oil-in-water emulsifier. Compatible with acrylic, alkyd, polyurethane, polyester and epoxy resins. Suggested for use in solvent-borne and UV cured coating systems. Provides wetting, penetration, release and soft feel as well as mar, stain and abrasion resistance. It is recommended at a dosage level of 0.05-2.0 %wt and has a shelf life of 36 months at 10-40°C. Silsurf® B608 is listed with TSCA, DSL, AICS, IECSC, ENCS, KECI, TCSI, NZIoC and PICCS inventories. Silsurf® Di-2012 by Siltech is silicone polyether copolymer with polyether terminal groups. Improves slip, mar resistance, anti-blocking, softness and improved temperature stability of the finish polymer. It has an INCI name of Bis-PEG-12 Dimethicone. It has a shelf life of 36 months at 10-40°C. It can be reacted with isocyanates, epoxides, esters and other reactive compounds to modify resins and coatings. Recommended dosage level of Silsurf® Di-2012 is 0.5-5 %. It is listed with TSCA, DSL, AICS, IECSC, ENCS, KECI, TCSI, NZIoC and PICCS inventories. Silsurf® J1015-O-AC by Siltech is a flow and leveling agent. Provides slip and mar resistance in paints and coating applications. It is a high molecular weight water, alcohol soluble acetoxy capped silicone polyether. It has an INCI name of PEG/PPG-18/18 Dimethicone. It is recommended at a dosage level of 0.5-2 %wt. Silsurf® J1015-O-AC has a shelf life of 36 months at 10-40°C. It is listed with TSCA, DSL, AICS, IECSC, ENCS, KECI, TCSI, NZIoC and PICCS inventories. Silsurf® Q20308 by Siltech acts as a wetting agent and water-based defoamer. It is an ultra-highly branched silicone polyether MQ resin used in coatings. It reduces the surface tension of water and oils in which it is dissolved. Its hindered ultra-high branched silicone backbone makes it more stable to hydrolysis. It is miscible with most hydrocarbon oils and marginally miscible with water. Silsurf® Q20308 has a shelf life of 24 months at 10-40°C. It is recommended at a dosage level of 1%.
