Fluorosil® ACR C7-F by Siltech provides solvent-, stain-, mar- and fingerprint resistance. It is acrylate ester of fluoroalkyl and alkyl carbinol functionalized silicone based on non-PFOS fluoroalkyl chains. It also offers flexibility, lubricity, softness and slip. It is compatible with UV cured acrylate systems or free radical polymerization processes. The primary hydroxyl group present in the system provides reactivity with moieties such as isocyanate, epoxy and esters. Fluorosil® ACR C7-F is suitable for use in coatings. The recommended dosage is 0.2-5.0% of the formulation. Its shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture. Fluorosil® OH ACR C7-F by Siltech is liquid acrylate and hydroxyl functional fluoroalkyl silicone based on non-PFOS fluoroalkyl chains. Offers solvent-, stain-, mar- and fingerprint resistance. The fluoroalkyl pendant gives excellent softness & slip, while the carbinol and acrylate groups offer reactivity for substantivity and improved performance. It also provides flexibility and lubricity. The primary hydroxyl group offers reactivity with moieties such as isocyanate, epoxy and esters & acrylate ester group provides reactivity with UV cured acrylate and other free radical cured systems. Fluorosil® OH ACR C7-F is recommended for use in coatings. The recommended usage level is between 0.05-0.5% by weight for the formulation. It has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture. Fluorosil® TFP 1000 by Siltech is a trifluoro propyl silicone, foam control agent. It is designed to move quickly to an interface and leave a film on hard surfaces such as concrete, porcelain, countertops or rubber & flexible surfaces such as fabric, paper or leather and biological surfaces such as skin or hair. This additive offers lubrication, reduction in coefficient of friction and separation properties. Fluorosil® TFP 1000 lowers surface tension inorganic solvents and provides protective properties such as hydrophobicity, release, slip, anti-squeak and anti-stain. This foam control agent provides feel properties such as softness or conditioning and optical properties such as gloss and light scattering. It is used for coatings. The shelf life is 36 months.
