Silsurf® A004-UP

Silsurf® A004-UP by Siltech acts as a low foaming silicone surfactant. It is a very low molecular weight ethoxylated polydimethylsiloxane having with excellent wetting and spreading capabilities. It is applicable for inks and coatings. It has an INCI name of PEG-4 Dimethicone. It reduces the surface tension of water to 20.0-21.0 dyne/cm when used at a dosage level of 0.1 %. It is listed with TSCA, DSL, AICS, IECSC, ENCS, KECI, TCSI, NZIoC and PICCS inventories. Silsurf® A004-UP has a shelf life of 36 months at 10-40°C.

Silmer® EP C50

Silmer® EP C50 by Siltech acts as a crosslinking agent. It is a multi-pendant silicone epoxide prepolymer. It can be co-reacted into various alcohols, organic acids and amine-based polymers for use in coatings. Its shelf life is 24 months from the date of manufacture. Silmer® EP C50 is listed with TSCA, DSL, AICS, IECSC, MITI, KECL, NZIoC, CSNN and PICCS international inventories.

Siltech® C-215

Siltech® C-215 by Siltech is a reactive silicone glycol surfactant with carbinol functionality. Designed for solvent-based coating formulations. It is supplied at a 10% concentration in xylene. Provides anti-blocking benefits, and improves slip, mar, rub and abrasion resistance. Prevents pigment separation and improves flow-out, wetting, leveling and gloss. It is listed with TSCA, DSL, EINECS, AICS, IECSC, ENCS, KECI and TCSI inventories. It has a shelf life of 36 months at 10-40°C. Recommended dosage level of Siltech® C-215 is 0.1-0.5 %wt.
