Silsurf® A004-UP

Silsurf® A004-UP by Siltech acts as a low foaming silicone surfactant. It is a very low molecular weight ethoxylated polydimethylsiloxane having with excellent wetting and spreading capabilities. It is applicable for inks and coatings. It has an INCI name of PEG-4 Dimethicone. It reduces the surface tension of water to 20.0-21.0 dyne/cm when used at a dosage level of 0.1 %. It is listed with TSCA, DSL, AICS, IECSC, ENCS, KECI, TCSI, NZIoC and PICCS inventories. Silsurf® A004-UP has a shelf life of 36 months at 10-40°C.

Siltech® C-101

Siltech® C-101 by Siltech acts as a flow-, leveling- and wetting agent. It is silicone polyether copolymer with carbinol functionality. Offers mar resistance and gloss, prevents blocking and reduces surface tension. Used in water- & solvent-based, energy cured, high solids and solvent-less organic paints, inks and coatings. Recommended usage concentration is between 0.1-1.0 %wt. It is listed with TSCA, DSL, AICS, IECSC, ENCS, KECI, TCSI, NZIoC and PICCS inventories. Siltech® C-101 has a shelf life of 36 months at 10-40°C.

Silmer® OHT Di-50

Silmer® OHT Di-50 by Siltech is 100% active hydroxylalkyl modified silicone. It provides slip, mar & stain resistance and release properties. It has primary OH groups for reaction with isocyanate, epoxy, silane and other condensation cured polymers and films which offer durable properties to a cured system. It is designed to have limited miscibility with organic formulations allowing them to bloom to the surface. It does not contain fluoroalkyl. Typical use levels for anti-graffiti properties are 0.2-3 %. Silmer® OHT Di-50 can be stored for 36 months from the date of manufacture. This grade is listed in TSCA, IECSC and TCSI international inventories.
