Silmer® EP C50 by Siltech acts as a crosslinking agent. It is a multi-pendant silicone epoxide prepolymer. It can be co-reacted into various alcohols, organic acids and amine-based polymers for use in coatings. Its shelf life is 24 months from the date of manufacture. Silmer® EP C50 is listed with TSCA, DSL, AICS, IECSC, MITI, KECL, NZIoC, CSNN and PICCS international inventories. Silmer® OH ACR C50 by Siltech acts as a crosslinker for providing hardness and strength. It is 100% active molecular weight silicone acrylate fluid with secondary hydroxyl groups. It provides permanent slip, release and mar resistance to UV-curable coatings systems and 3D printing inks. It offers improved anti-blocking, release, flexibility, stain resistance, surface smoothness and hydrophobicity. It can also be used to modify acrylate polymers to improve surface and physical properties. This grade is made with methyl acrylate-free process providing low odor acrylated silicones. Silmer® OH ACR C50 has a shelf life 24 months from the date of manufacture. The recommended amount ranges from 2-5% for polymer modification and 0.1-2.0% as a reactive additive. It is listed with TSCA and DSL inventories. Silmer® EPC F418-F by Siltech is cycloaliphatic-based reactive silicone epoxy prepolymer. It is used to modify standard epoxy resin to improve its chemical and mechanical properties. It offers improved heat stability, weatherability, flexibility & toughness and lowers the discoloration. Is compatible with polymers that contain reactive groups and systems such as epoxide, carboxylic acid, esters and isocyanates. Used to modify various polymers in order to improve their surface and physical properties. Can be co-reacted into various polymers for coatings. The hydroxyl functionality in Silmer® OH Di-10 provides permanent binding into the matrix of the polymers. Its shelf life is 36 months from the date of manufacture. Typical usage levels are between 1.0-3.0%. It is listed with TSCA, DSL, AICS, IECSC, ENCS, KECI and TCSI inventories. Silmer® ACR Di-4515-O by Siltech provides improved slip, anti-blocking, mar & scratch resistance, surface smoothness and release. It is 100% active cross-linkable silicone acrylate polyether. It is used as an additive in UV/EB curing systems to improve the surface and physical properties of various polymers. It is suitable for use in coatings. The recommended amount ranges from 0.1-3.0 %. Its shelf life is 24 months from the date of manufacture. Silmer® ACR Di-4515-O is listed with TSCA, NDSL, AICS, IECSC, KECI, TCSI, ENCS and NZIoC international inventories. Silmer® ACR Di-1508 by Siltech offers good slip, mar resistance, surface smoothness, flexibility and anti-blocking properties. It is di-functional silicone acrylate prepolymer. It can be co-reacted into acrylate polymers for coatings to improve the surface and physical properties of the polymers. It can be incorporated into UV cured systems or other free-radically cured systems such as polyolefins or acrylic emulsions. The acrylate functionality permanent binding into the matrix of the polymers. The recommended amount for polymer modification is 2-20% and as an additive in UV curing system is 0.1-1.5%. Silmer® ACR D208 by Siltech acts as a compatibilzer in UV curing systems for coatings and 3D printing inks. It offers good release, slip and anti-blocking properties. It provides stain & mar resistance, surface smoothness, impact resistance and flexibility. It is a water-soluble and organic soluble multi-functional silicone acrylate prepolymer. It is also used to modify acrylate polymers to improve its surface and physical properties. The acrylate functionality gives permanent binding into the matrix of the polymers. The recommended amount for polymer modification is 2-20% and as an additive in UV curing system is 0.1-1.5%. Silmer® ACR D208 has a shelf life of 24 months from the date of manufacture. This grade is listed in TSCA, NDSL, ENCS and TCSI international inventories. Silmer® OHT Di-50 by Siltech is 100% active hydroxylalkyl modified silicone. It provides slip, mar & stain resistance and release properties. It has primary OH groups for reaction with isocyanate, epoxy, silane and other condensation cured polymers and films which offer durable properties to a cured system. It is designed to have limited miscibility with organic formulations allowing them to bloom to the surface. It does not contain fluoroalkyl. Typical use levels for anti-graffiti properties are 0.2-3 %. Silmer® OHT Di-50 can be stored for 36 months from the date of manufacture. It can bind into various polymers to improve their surface and physical properties. It can be co-reacted into various polymers for coatings. It binds into the polymer matrix to provide permanent flexibility, slip, mar resistance and oxidative stability. Silmer® NH Di-8 is reactive with polymers that contain epoxide, carboxylic acid, ester and isocyanate groups. Its shelf life is 24 months from the date of manufacture. It is listed with TSCA, NDSL, AICS, IECSC, ENCS, KECI, TCSI, NZIoC and PICCS international inventories. Silmer® OH C50 by Siltech is a reactive silicone prepolymer with tri-functional hydroxyl groups. Offers better slip, anti-blocking, mar resistance, surface smoothness, flexibility and hydrophobicity. Used to modify various polymers in order to improve their surface and physical properties. Can be co-reacted into various polymers for coatings.
