FluoroTEX 130 by Shamrock Technologies is a high molecular weight polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) texturing agent. Provides slip, water repellency, matting, texture, block resistance and abrasion resistance properties. FluoroTEX 130 by Shamrock is stable, compatible, and easily dispersed in all solvent, water-based radiation curable, powder, air dry, and high temperature baked coatings. It is ideal for systems that need high heat resistance, like coil coatings. Recommended dosage level is 10-25%. It meets the requirements of 21 CFR 175.105, 175.300, 176.170, and 176.180. FluoroTEX 90 by Shamrock Technologies is a high molecular weight polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) texturing agent. FluoroTEX 55 by Shamrock Technologies is a crystalline fluoropolymer developed as a texturing agent. This pure polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) can be easily dispersed under high-speed mixing equipment to produce a consistent, uniform, reproducible appearance in water-reducible, solvent or powder coatings. The high melt point of FluoroTEX 55 makes it useful for air dry coatings, bake enamels, or to be extruded for powder coatings. FluoroTEX 50 by Shamrock Technologies is a high molecular weight polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) texturing agent. Provides slip, water repellency, matting, texture, block resistance and abrasion resistance properties. FluoroTEX 50 is stable, compatible, and easily dispersed in all solvent, water-based radiation curable, powder, air dry, and high temperature baked coatings.
