FluoroSPERSE® 153V by Shamrock Technologies is a dispersion of micronized polytetrafluoroethylene in a universal lithographic system. Provides very good slip (low COF) properties and rub resistance. FluoroSPERSE® 153V is recommended for offset and heat set lithographic inks at 1-4% of the total formula weight. FluoroSPERSE® 966 by Shamrock Technologies is a finely micronized polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) dispersion in a petrolatum and soya alkyd drying oil. Offers slip (low COF), rub-, scratch-, high temperature & abrasion resistance. FluoroSPERSE® 966 is recommended for offset and heatset inks at 2-4% of the total formula weight. FluoroSPERSE® 7908 by Shamrock Technologies is a dark colored dispersion of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) micropowder. Acts as a slip control agent and rub resistance. Provides slip (Low COF), ease of incorporation and rub resistance properties. FluoroSPERSE® 7908 is recommended for offset inks and lithographic varnish. Recommended dosage level is 2-4% of active solids to the total formula weight. FluoroSPERSE® 8233 by Shamrock Technologies is a dispersion of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) micropowder in a soya alkyd vehicle. Acts as a slip control agent and rub resistance. Provides slip (Low COF), ease of incorporation and rub resistance properties. FluoroSPERSE® 8233 has a pourable body consistency which enables this product to readily disperse in lithographic inks with minimum mixing. Recommended dosage level is 1-4% for offset inks. FluoroSPERSE® UV 808 by Shamrock Technologies is 40% dispersion of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) in TRPGDA monomer. Acts as a slip control agent and abrasion resistance. Provides slip (Low COF), dispersibility, gloss retention, stability and abrasion resistance properties. FluoroSPERSE® UV 808 is recommended for UV inks and coatings at a recommended level of 3.0-5.0% of PTFE to the total formula weight. Polytetrafluoroethylene wax blend compounds.
