FluoroTEX 50 by Shamrock Technologies is a high molecular weight polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) texturing agent. Provides slip, water repellency, matting, texture, block resistance and abrasion resistance properties. FluoroTEX 50 is stable, compatible, and easily dispersed in all solvent, water-based radiation curable, powder, air dry, and high temperature baked coatings. It is ideal for systems that need high heat resistance, like coil coatings. Recommended dosage level is 10-20%. It meets the requirements of 21 CFR 175.105, 175.300, 176.170, 176.180, and 177.1550.
