FluoroSLIP® 515 by Shamrock Technologies is blend of polyethylene and polytetrafluoroethylene. Provides very good abrasion resistance and good slip. Used in offset, UV metal decorating inks, overprint varnishes, industrial, wood and coil coatings. FluoroSLIP® 533 by Shamrock Technologies is a blend of hydrophilic synthetic wax and PTFE where the synthetic wax shows a uniform melting range peaking at 97°C. Acts as a slip control agent, mar/scuff, rub resistance, block resistance and abrasion resistance agent. Provides slip (Low COF), clarity, gloss and abrasion resistance properties. FluoroSLIP® 533 can be used in water-based, solvent-based and UV systems. Suitable for use in both ink and coatings. Recommended dosage level is 1-3%. FluoroSLIP® 731-MG by Shamrock Technologies provides slip (low COF), mar/scuff-, rub-, abrasion- & block resistance, gloss, clarity and release properties. It is a combination of a high melting synthetic wax, carnauba wax and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) where the wax blend shows a melting peaks ranging from 84-110°C. It is recommended for thin film water-based, solvent-based and UV systems at 1-2% of the total formula weight. FluoroSLIP® 731-MG is especially recommended for can coatings. This product meets the requirements of 21 CFR 175.105, 175.300, 176.170, and 176.180. Blend of polyethylene wax and polytetrafluoroethylene. Provides an optimal balance of slip and abrasion resistance. Used in coil, industrial, wood and can coatings and inks. FluoroSLIP® 893-A by Shamrock Technologies is a blend of polyethylene wax and polytetrafluoroethylene. Acts as a slip control agent and abrasion resistance agent. Provides an optimal balance of slip and abrasion resistance. It is used in heatset and sheetfed inks. FluoroSLIP® 605 by Shamrock Technologies is a blend of polyethylene and polytetrafluoroethylene. Imparts superior rub, scuff and abrasion resistance properties. FluoroSLIP® 605 is used in industrial, wood, UV and powder coatings.
