Teracure® HP-47 by Pflaumer Brothers is a water-dispersible aliphatic polyisocyanate hardener designed for high-performance two-component (2K) waterborne polyurethane coatings. It provides long-term durability, formulation flexibility and the environmental advantages of a waterborne system.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It combines broad solvent compatibility with exceptional mechanical-, chemical- and UV resistance.</li><li>It enables the creation of high-gloss coatings that can withstand abrasion, weather, and harsh chemical environments. </li> <li>It is compatible with hydroxyl-functional polyols. </li> <li>Formulations based on it with higher NCO:OH ratios, typically above 1.0, increase crosslink density and deliver higher hardness, improved chemical and solvent resistance, and enhanced toughness. </li> <li>It can be used with additives such as catalysts, wetting agents, dispersants, matting agents, UV stabilizers, co-solvents and adhesion promoters to optimize performance. </li> <li>It is used in high-gloss wood coatings, chemical-resistant concrete floor finishes and tough exterior coatings for metal, composite or plastic substrates. </li> <li>It is also suitable for heavy-duty floor coatings, clear topcoats and high-traffic surfaces. </li></ul>

Teracure® N-36 by Pflaumer Brothers is an aliphatic polyisocyanate hardener based on hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer (HDI homopolymer). It has low viscosity and offers excellent light-fastness, outdoor durability, mechanical properties and chemical resistance. It is used in 2K coatings systems with resins such as polyurethane polyols (polyether, polyester, and acrylic) and polyaspartic amines. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is also used in concrete coatings featuring fast cure, excellent adhesion, and high film-build for self-leveling systems. </li> <li>It can also be reacted with polyaspartic amines for direct-to-metal applications. </li> <li>Used in combination with polyester or acrylic hydroxyl-functional resins to produce clear and pigmented finishes having good weather resistance and resistance to solvents and other chemicals. </li> <li>It provide excellent gloss retention and good abrasion resistance. </li> <li>Teracure® N-36 is recommended for solvent-free, air-dry or forced-dry coatings for OEM automotive coatings, auto refinishes, general transportation coatings, and industrial metal coatings as well as for plastics, concrete and composites. </li> <li>It has shelf life of 9 months. </li></ul>

It provides outstanding mechanical properties, excellent weatherability, durability and gloss retention. It offers resistance to impact, abrasion, aggressive chemicals, acid and thermal shock. It provides long pot life, fast-cure schedule and one-step application with easy to clean benefit.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>Designed for application such as primers, base coats and topping onto concrete floors surfacing up to 1/2-inch thick where cleanliness and durability are critical. </li> <li>It offers performance improvements compared with epoxies and allows more opportunity for self-leveling and deaeration. </li> <li>It is capable of being used at application temperatures up to 44°C giving odorless and non-toxic results. </li> <li>It can be applied with slightly textured non-slip finish for medium to heavy-duty use. </li> <li>Teracure® M-111 is used for 3-component polyurethane polymer concrete with extended working time as part B along with Tallicin E-27 as part A. </li> <li>It has shelf life of 6 months. </li></ul>
