Terachem® 60-7003 by Pflaumer Brothers is a low-toxic, solvent free, efficient and effective moisture scavenger for formulations of 1K and 2K polyurethane and 2K polyaspartic coatings systems. It is a 50% dispersion of molecular sieve in castor oil. The molecular sieve is a zeolite A type (potassium calcium sodium aluminosilicate) with a pore opening of 3Å. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"> <li>It has a high absorption capacity and is efficient even at very low moisture levels. </li> <li>The formulated synthetic crystalline metal aluminosilicates provide a high surface area with uniform pore diameters, and water is absorbed preferentially to other compounds in the coating formulation. </li> <li>Terachem® 60-7003 minimizes problems such as viscosity instability, gassing and gelation. </li> <li>In general, recommended dosage level is about 10-30 times the measured water content of the formulation ingredients. </li> <li>It has a shelf life of 12 months. </li></ul>

Terachem® 53-2371 by Pflaumer Brothers is a proprietary, formulated dispersion of nano-aluminum oxide that can improve the mar and scratch resistance of 2K polyaspartic coatings. It is blended into the polyaspartic amine component, Part A. It improves mar and scratch resistance at very high loadings with minimal effect on gloss, clarity, shade, and viscosity in systems tested. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It reduces the quantity of both resin and hardener in polyaspartic formulation resulting in a corresponding reduction in raw material cost. </li> <li>It can improve hardness and toughness. </li> <li>It has no effect on recoatability at relatively high levels of use. </li> <li>Terachem® 53-2371 is useful for a variety of applications, including wood, concrete, composites, and metal. </li> <li>Recommended dosage level is 10-20% by weight for the product based on total resin solids. </li></ul>
