EXOdis PC40 by PCC Exol is an anionic polymer dispersing agent. It is available as 40% aqueous solution of sodium salt of polyacrylic acid. It exhibits very good dispersing and stabilizing properties, especially in case of titanium white and mineral fillers. It is safe, non-animal tested and is non-classified according to CLP.
  • It is compatible with widely used styrene and acrylic dispersions, as well as homo- & copolymers of vinyl acetate.
  • It is also compatible with pigments & rheology modifiers and is highly efficient even in low concentrations.
  • It is used as a wetting agent for the production of a broad spectrum of water-based white paints.
  • It has a low VOC content which allows to produce paint formulations in compliance with Directive 2004/42/EC.
  • EXOdis PC40 is suitable for decorative paints for interior & exterior applications, titanium white concentrates and plaster work.
  • The recommended dosage level is 0.2-2%, and for waterborne paints is 0.1-0.6% by weight.
