EXOdis PC800

EXOdis PC800 by PCC Exol is a non-ionic surfactant with very good dispersing- and wetting properties. It has well-designed composition and is partly based on raw materials of natural origin. It offers good affinity for both organic and inorganic pigments and carbon black.

• It provides very good colorant stability and shows excellent compatibility in water-based & solvent-based formulations, so it can be used for the production of universal colorants.
• It shows an excellent synergy with commonly used dispersants, such as polyacrylate-based products.
• It effectively wets and deflocculates the pigment, which reduces viscosity of the pigment suspension and allows for obtaining an optimum pigment concentration.
• EXOdis PC800 is suitable for the production of ecological-, decorative paints and varnishes for indoor and outdoor use.
• It is nano-material free, non-animal tested and does not complies with ADR/RID regulations.
• The recommended dosage level is 5.0-25.0% in pigment concentrates and 0.1-1.0% in ready-to-use paint formulations.
