TUBALL™ COAT_E H<sub>2</sub>O 0.4% by OCSiAl is a water-based suspension of TUBALL™ graphene nanotubes designed to reduce the surface electrical resistivity of water-based systems. The formulation contains water, TUBALL™ graphene nanotubes, and sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate (SDBS) as a stabilizer.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It offers electrical conductivity at ultra-low dosages with minimal impact on the rheological and mechanical properties of the host matrix.</li> <li>It provides coatings with permanent antistatic and conductive properties, allows the production of conductive coatings that retain transparency or bright colors.</li> <li>It ensures uniform electrical conductivity without the formation of “hot spots,” and does not significantly increase the viscosity of the host material.</li> <li>TUBALL™ COAT_E H<sub>2</sub>O 0.4% is used in industrial and automotive coatings.</li> <li>Recommended dosage level is 5-10 wt%.</li> <li>It has a shelf life of 6 months.</li></ul>

TUBALL™ MATRIX 204 by OCSiAl is a concentrate based on single wall carbon nanotubes. It is specifically designed to provide superior electrical conductivity to polyester (solvent-free and solvent-based), vinyl ester (solvent-free and solvent-based), melamine (solvent-free and solvent-based) and solvent-based acrylic systems while retaining mechanical properties and minimally impacting the host matrix. TUBALL™ MATRIX 204 is available in flakes with a pasty texture form. It only requires an ultra-low dosage starting from just 0.1 wt.%. It allows production of conductive parts that retain bright colors. It may contain metal particles up to 500 µm in size and the mass concentration of such inclusions does not exceed 0.04 wt.%. Used in anti-static SMC/BMC composites, conductive gelcoats, electrostatic discharge materials applied by coil coating and other applications where electrical conductivity is required. The dosage level for anti-static or dissipative applications can be as low as 0.1–4.0 wt.% calculated based on non-volatile matter. The shelf life of the product is up to 24 months.
