TUBALL™ COAT_E H2O 0.4%

TUBALL™ COAT_E H<sub>2</sub>O 0.4% by OCSiAl is a water-based suspension of TUBALL™ graphene nanotubes designed to reduce the surface electrical resistivity of water-based systems. The formulation contains water, TUBALL™ graphene nanotubes, and sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate (SDBS) as a stabilizer.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It offers electrical conductivity at ultra-low dosages with minimal impact on the rheological and mechanical properties of the host matrix.</li> <li>It provides coatings with permanent antistatic and conductive properties, allows the production of conductive coatings that retain transparency or bright colors.</li> <li>It ensures uniform electrical conductivity without the formation of “hot spots,” and does not significantly increase the viscosity of the host material.</li> <li>TUBALL™ COAT_E H<sub>2</sub>O 0.4% is used in industrial and automotive coatings.</li> <li>Recommended dosage level is 5-10 wt%.</li> <li>It has a shelf life of 6 months.</li></ul>

TUBALL™ MATRIX 301 by OCSiAl is a concentrate based on TUBALL™ graphene nanotubes. It provides electrical conductivity at ultra-low dosage with minimal impact on the rheological and mechanical properties of the host matrix. It is available in flakes with a pasty texture form.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is suitable for solvent-free epoxy and PU coatings without drawbacks in color. </li> <li>Recommended dosage level is 1-4 wt%.</li> <li>TUBALL™ MATRIX 301 has a shelf life of 24 months.</li></ul>

TUBALL™ MATRIX 209

TUBALL™ MATRIX 209 by OCSiAl is a unique graphene nanotubes-based concentrate. It is suitable for solvent-free polyurethane systems and coatings. It has fatty carboxylic acid ester derivatives as carrier.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It allows the production of conductive parts that retain bright colors.</li> <li>It offers permanent and uniform electrical conductivity at ultra-low dosage without hot spots.</li> <li>It shows minimal impact on the rheological and mechanical properties of the host matrix, without a significant increase in viscosity or density.</li> <li>The recommended dosage level for anti-static or dissipative applications is as low as 0.2-1.0 wt.%.</li> <li>The shelf life of TUBALL™ MATRIX 209 is 24 months.</li></ul>
