TUBALL™ MATRIX 203 by OCSiAl is a concentrate based on single-wall carbon nanotubes for solvent-based epoxy and polyurethane systems. The carrier is a blend of fatty acid glycidyl esters and ammonium salts of polyolefin-based derivatives. It offers superior electrical conductivity at ultra low dosage. It provides good color stability and good mechanical strength. It maintains rheological properties and viscosity or density of the host material. It is recommended for conductive primers, electrostatic dissipative coatings and other applications where electrical conductivity is required. It has a dosage level of 0.1-4.0 wt.%. The shelf life of the product is up to 24 months.
