TUBALL™ MATRIX 302 by OCSiAl is a concentrate based on graphene nanotubes. It is designed for water-based acrylic and polyurethane systems and phenolic resole (solvent-based and water-based) systems. It has a solution of alkylene glycol- and distyryl biphenyl derivative as a carrier.
  • It ensures permanent and uniform electrical conductivity at ultra-low dosage without hot spots.
  • It is suitable for electrostatic discharge control materials applied by coil coating, conductive primers, electrostatic dissipative paints, and other applications where electrical conductivity is required.
  • It exhibits minimal impact on the rheological and mechanical properties of the host matrix, without a significant increase in viscosity or density.
  • It allows production of conductive parts that retain bright colors.
  • It is available in black color flakes with a pasty texture form and may contain white inclusions.
  • The recommended dosage level for anti-static or dissipative applications is as low as 0.1-4.0 wt.% based on non-volatile matter.
  • TUBALL™ MATRIX 302 has a shelf life of 12 months.
