Actmix® TDEC-75GE F140 by Ningbo Actmix Rubber Chemicals is a tellurium diethyldithiocarbamate (75 wt%). Acts as a vulcanization accelerator. It contains 25% polymer binder and dispersing agent. When combined with thiazoles, thurams and dithiocarbamates accelerators can accelerate vulcanization of EPDM and IIR. It can shorten the vulcanization time. It is particularly suitable for high oil content soft rubber compounds. It is compatible with NBR, SBR, AR and ECO. Actmix® TDEC-75GE F140 is recommended addition level is 0.5 phr to avoid blooming. Actmix® TETD-75GE F200 by Ningbo Actmix Rubber Chemicals is a tetramethylthiuram monosulfide. Acts as an accelerator. It can extremely accelerate vulcanization rate of natural and synthetic rubber and has good scorching safety. Alkaline accelerators such as aldehyde-amines and guanidines can activate TMTM. As a secondary accelerator with sulfenamides and thiols TMTM has important applications in technology. It can provide excellent heat-proof aging properties for vulcanizates. Its recommended addition rate for NR is 0.15-0.3 phr with 2-3 phr sulfur, for SBR 0.25-1.5 phr with 2-3.5 phr sulfur, for IIR is 1-2 phr with 1-2 phr sulfur, For NBR is 0.1-3 phr with 0.5-2 phr sulfur and 1-2 phr thiols accelerator, for CR is 0.5-1 phr with 0.5-1 phr sulfur and 1-3 phr accelerator. Actmix® ADC-75P by Ningbo Actmix Rubber Chemicals is an azodicarbonamide. It is a nitrogenous organic foaming agent. It has a relatively high foaming temperature (200-210?), which can be effectively reduced by addition of small amount of foaming activators. It is compatible with NBR, SBR, AR and ECO. Used in various foam rubber products. Its recommended dosage rate is 1-10 phr usually. Actmix® HMMM-50GE F140 by Ningbo Actmix Rubber Chemicals is a hexamethoxy methyl melamine. Acts as an adhesive agent. It is an adhesive of rubber and framework materials due to reactions with methylene acceptor at vulcanizing temperature. It can react to thermosetting resin together with other adhesives such as GLR-18 resin, RE, RS, etc., which will lose effect if reaction starts before vulcanization. It is compatible with NBR, SBR, AR and ECO. Its recommended addition level is 3-5 phr HMMM-50 with 2-5 phr methylene acceptor HEXA-80. Actmix® ZBOP-50GE F200 by Ningbo Actmix Rubber Chemicals is a zinc dialkyldithiophosphate. Acts as a vulcanization accelerator. It is a special accelerator for EPDM containing sulfur, ZnO, thiazoles and thiurams accelerators. It can lead to high degree of cross-linking and no appearance of blooming when dosage is up to maximum recommended amount. ZDT masterbatch has processing safety and storage stability. It is compatible with NR, IR, BR, NBR, IIR, etc and its vulcanizate has excellent heat resistance. It is a secondary accelerator with sulfenamides thiazoles, and thiurams for vulcanization of EPDM and NR. Its recommended addition level for NR is 2-3 phr, for SBR/NBR is 2-3 phr and for EPDM is 2-3 phr. Actmix® ZBEC-70GE F140 by Ningbo Actmix Rubber Chemicals is a zinc diethyl dithiocarbamate (75%). Acts as an accelerator. It contains 25wt% polymer binder and dispersing agent. It can improve tensile strength and resilience of its vulcanizate. Addition of thiurams and thiazoles can delay initial vulcanization and improve processing safety. Compared to ZDBC, ZDEC has longer scorching time and shorter total vulcanization time. Alkaline accelerators can activate ZDBC. A little of ZDBC can be secondary accelerators for thiols or thiurams. Combined with antioxidant, it can improve heat resistance for NR and IR. It is compatible with natural and synthetic rubber such as SBR, NBR and EPDM. Its recommended addition level for NR is 0.6-1.0phr, as a secondary accelerator is 0.1-0.2phr, for SBR/NBR is 0.6-1.2phr, as a secondary accelerator is 0.1-0.2phr and for EPDM is 1.5-2.5phr. Actmix® TDEC-70GE F140 by Ningbo Actmix Rubber Chemicals is a tellurium diethyldithiocarbamate (70%). Acts as a vulcanization accelerator. It contains 30 wt% polymer binder and dispersing agent. When combined with thiazoles, thurams and dithiocarbamates accelerators can accelerate vulcanization of EPDM and IIR. It can shorten the vulcanization time. Actmix® TDEC-70GE F140 is compatible with NBR, SBR, AR and ECO. Actmix® MgO-75GE F140 by Ningbo Actmix Rubber Chemicals is a magnesium oxide. Acts as a metallic oxide vulcanization activator, acid-acceptor and adhesion promoter. It contains 25 wt% polymer binder and dispersing agent. Improves processing safety of CR, CSM, CM, CIIR, FPM, etc. and lowering the possibility of rubber compounds scorching by means of heightening the critical temperature of alkaline catalyst. It can lower the critical temperature of acid catalyst. Improves aging properties of halogen compounds especially CR and FPM. Actmix® MgO-75GE F140 can neutralize trace acid in cold vulcanization. It is compatible with NBR, SBR, AR and ECO. Its recommended addition level is 3-5 phr. Actmix® ZBPD-50GE F140 by Ningbo Actmix Rubber Chemicals is a zinco,o-dibutyldithiophosphate. Acts as a vulcanization accelerator. It is a special accelerator for EPDM containing sulfur, ZnO, thiazoles and thiurams accelerators. It can lead to high degree of cross-linking and non-blooming when dosage is up to maximum recommended amount. Actmix® ZBPD-50GE F140 is compatible with NBR, SBR, AR and ECO. Its recommended dosage rate is 2-4 phr. Actmix® DOTG-75GA F140 is a di-o-tolylguanidine (75%). Acts as a vulcanization accelerator. It can lead to a very slow start of vulcanization and relatively slow vulcanization rate. Improves cross-linking density and vulcanization rate and provides excellent mechanical and anti-aging properties on combination with thiols, sulfenamides, thiurams and dithiocarbamates. It will be non-blooming in vulcanizates. Its recommended addition level in natural rubber is 0.8-1.2 phr with 2.5-4 phr sulfur, for SBR 0.1-0.4 phr with 1-1.5 thiols and 1.5-2.5 phr sulfur and for NBR 0.05-0.4 phr with 0.8-1.5 sulfenamides and 1.5-2.4 sulfur. Used in rubber industrial products.
