Actmix® TDEC-75GE F140

Actmix® TDEC-75GE F140 by Ningbo Actmix Rubber Chemicals is a tellurium diethyldithiocarbamate (75 wt%). Acts as a vulcanization accelerator. It contains 25% polymer binder and dispersing agent. When combined with thiazoles, thurams and dithiocarbamates accelerators can accelerate vulcanization of EPDM and IIR. It can shorten the vulcanization time. It is particularly suitable for high oil content soft rubber compounds. It is compatible with NBR, SBR, AR and ECO. Actmix® TDEC-75GE F140 is recommended addition level is 0.5 phr to avoid blooming.

Curekind® TMTD(TT) Dust free Powder

Curekind® TMTD(TT) Dust free Powder by Ningbo Actmix Rubber Chemicals is a tetramethylthiuram disulfide. Acts as accelerator or vulcanizator. It is compatible with natural and synthetic rubber and latex. Being a good secondary accelerator of thiazol, can be combination used with other accelerators to the continuous vulcanization. Curekind® TMTD(TT) Dust free Powder is regulated for use in articles in contact with food as specified under FDA and under BgVV XXI.

Curekind® 445

Curekind® 445 by Ningbo Actmix Rubber Chemicals is a 4,4-bis(a,a-dimethylbenzyl)diphenylamine. It is a highly efficient, non-toxic, tasteless, light color aryl secondary amine antioxidant. It has good protection performance against the light, heat, ozone, dug scratching caused by aging; also has passivation effect for base metal and heavy metal. It has low volatility. It is compatible with polyurethane, polyolefin and polyether. Curekind® 445 is used in in natural rubber and synthetic rubbers including BR, SBR, NBR, CR and EPDM covering uses in beltings, hoses, seals, gaskets and other automotive/industrial rubber products. Its recommended dosage rate is 0.5-3 phr in rubber, 0.5-2.0 phr in raw rubber stabilizer.
