Actmix® MgO-75GE F140

Actmix® MgO-75GE F140 by Ningbo Actmix Rubber Chemicals is a magnesium oxide. Acts as a metallic oxide vulcanization activator, acid-acceptor and adhesion promoter. It contains 25 wt% polymer binder and dispersing agent. Improves processing safety of CR, CSM, CM, CIIR, FPM, etc. and lowering the possibility of rubber compounds scorching by means of heightening the critical temperature of alkaline catalyst. It can lower the critical temperature of acid catalyst. Improves aging properties of halogen compounds especially CR and FPM. Actmix® MgO-75GE F140 can neutralize trace acid in cold vulcanization. It is compatible with NBR, SBR, AR and ECO. Its recommended addition level is 3-5 phr.
