Actmix® DOTG-75GA F140

Actmix® DOTG-75GA F140 is a di-o-tolylguanidine (75%). Acts as a vulcanization accelerator. It can lead to a very slow start of vulcanization and relatively slow vulcanization rate. Improves cross-linking density and vulcanization rate and provides excellent mechanical and anti-aging properties on combination with thiols, sulfenamides, thiurams and dithiocarbamates. It will be non-blooming in vulcanizates. Its recommended addition level in natural rubber is 0.8-1.2 phr with 2.5-4 phr sulfur, for SBR 0.1-0.4 phr with 1-1.5 thiols and 1.5-2.5 phr sulfur and for NBR 0.05-0.4 phr with 0.8-1.5 sulfenamides and 1.5-2.4 sulfur. Used in rubber industrial products.
