Ultrapoly™ 2300A by Lawter is a high performance blend of tough, low COF polyethylene dispersed in a hard-drying binder. Recommended where abrasion, mar resistance, slip and pumpability may be required. Is a 100% non-volatile and fast-setting, protecting the film in the earliest stages of the printing process, while developing exceptional toughness over time. Enhances the lubricity without PTFE. Ultrapoly™ 2300A is used in sheetfed offset ink, UV, OPV metal decorating, laser and hot foil stampable. Ultrapoly™ 990E by Lawter is a 100% non-volatile wax compound based on polyethylene wax and vegetable oil. Exhibits very good rub resistance, abrasion and scratch resistance. Provides very good gloss, slip and anti-blocking properties. Ultrapoly™ 990E can be incorporated during the milling process. Used in offset, heatset, quickset and sheetfed inks. Recommended usage ranges from 4-7%. Ultrapoly™ 452E by Lawter is a 100% non-volatile wax compound based on polyethylene wax and vegetable oil. Exhibits low particle size, very good wash out test values and a very narrow particle size distribution. Ultrapoly™ 452E shows very good rub resistance, scratch resistance and very good gloss. Offers good slip properties and low peppering. Used in offset, quickset, heatset and sheetfed in particular for matte paper or card. Recommended dosage level ranges from 4-8%. Ultrapoly™ 213A by Lawter is a fine particle size blend of polyethylene/PTFE dispersed in a 100% nonvolatile hard-drying binder. Exhibits gloss retention, lubricity, mar and abrasion resistance. Offers fast setting binder and heat resistance. Ultrapoly™ 213A is aqueous and UV coatable. Used in sheetfed offset ink, UV & OPV metal decorating, laser and hot foil stampable applications. Ultrapoly™ 211A by Lawter is a sheetfed polyethylene/PTFE compound. It is a high performance blend of tough, low COF polyethylene/PTFE dispersed in a hard-drying binder. Recommended where a high degree of slip, lubricity, heat- and abrasion resistance may be required. Ultrapoly™ 211A is 100% nonvolatile and fast-setting protecting the film in the earliest stages of the printing process while developing exceptional toughness over time. Used in sheetfed offset ink, UV & OPV metal decorating, laser & hot foil stampable applications and aqueous & UV coatable applications. Ultrapoly™ 210 E by Lawter is a 100% non-volatile wax compound based on polyethylene wax (~36%) and vegetable oil + alkyd. Possesses low particle size and exhibits very low peppering. Offers excellent resistance to particle size growth after exposure to heat. Ultrapoly™ 210 E provides very good rub resistance, slip, very good anti-blocking with good gloss. Used in offset, sheetfed, quickset and heatset inks. Recommended dosage level ranges from 4-8% in SF inks. Ultrapoly™ 215 A by Lawter is a high performance blend of tough, low COF polyethylene/PTFE. Enhances the lubricity without PTFE. Ultrapoly™ 210 A is used in sheetfed offset ink, OPV, metal decorating, UV inks and hot foil stampable. Ultrapoly™ 789E by Lawter is a 97% nonvolatile wax compound based on polyethylene wax, vegetable oil and mineral distillate 240-270 ºC. Exhibits high rub resistance, very good slip and good anti-blocking with no loss of gloss. Ultrapoly™ 789E has low particle size and exhibits very low peppering as well as offers very good resistance to particle size growth after exposrue to heat. Used in offset, sheetfed, quickset and heatset.
