Ultrapoly™ 211A by Lawter is a sheetfed polyethylene/PTFE compound. It is a high performance blend of tough, low COF polyethylene/PTFE dispersed in a hard-drying binder. Recommended where a high degree of slip, lubricity, heat- and abrasion resistance may be required. Ultrapoly™ 211A is 100% nonvolatile and fast-setting protecting the film in the earliest stages of the printing process while developing exceptional toughness over time. Used in sheetfed offset ink, UV & OPV metal decorating, laser & hot foil stampable applications and aqueous & UV coatable applications.
