Polyamide resin. It is an excellent film former and provides excellent adhesion to treated film such as mylar, nylon, glassine, aluminum and other aluminum coated films. Exhibits low viscosity and fast solvent release. Is compatible with high acid value rosin-, phenolic-, and other rosin derivative resins. Provides excellent resistance to water, grease, oils and alkalis. Offers high gloss and good chemical resistance. Used in gravure inks, flexographic inks, overprint varnishes, cold seal release lacquers and heat-seal coatings. Complies with FDA 175.300, 176.170 and 176.180. Polyamide resin. Is a co-solvent polyamide resin that exhibits a very good gel resistance of this type of resin. Has excellent adhesion to most treated films with greater nitrocellulose compatibility than other resins of the co-solvent series. Offers lower viscosity for increased solids and greater formulating flexibility. Exhibits good film formation, chemical resistance and flexibility. Provides excellent adhesion on films such as treated polyethylene, polypropylene, saran, cellophane, mylar, nylon, glassine, aluminum and other foil coated substrates. Is compatible with NC, maleic resins, phenolic resins, rosin and rosin derivatives. Provides water-, oil-, grease-, alkali resistance. Flex-Rez™ 0100CS is used in gravure inks, overprint varnishes, flexographic inks and cold seal release lacquer. Alcohol soluble polyamide resin. Possesses very good adhesion, flexibility and high gloss. Has acid, alkali, grease, water resistance as well as ice crinkle, block and rub properties. Provides good heat and gel resistance. Offers very good pigment wetting and very good grease-,oil-, alkali- & water resistance. Used in gravure inks, overprint varnishes, flexographic inks, cold seal release lacquers and heat-seal coatings. Amine-terminated polyamide resin. Has very good adhesion, flexibility, water resistance and ice water crinkle resistance. Offers high gloss, good solvent release and block resistance. Used in gravure inks, overprint varnishes, flexographic inks and heat-seal coatings. Flex-Rez™ 2445AD by Lawter is an alcohol dilutable, high gloss polyamide resin. Compatible with NC, PE and PP resins. Exhibits higher melt point, excellent wet-pack & heat resistance and excellent adhesion. Offers good pigment wetting and film forming properties. Provides good grease-, oil-, alkali- and water resistance. Flex-Rez™ 2445AD is suitable for coated foils and surface printing applications on films or paper. Designed for gravure & flexographic inks, coatings, overprint varnishes and cold seal release lacquer.
