Polyamide resin. It is an excellent film former and provides excellent adhesion to treated film such as mylar, nylon, glassine, aluminum and other aluminum coated films. Exhibits low viscosity and fast solvent release. Is compatible with high acid value rosin-, phenolic-, and other rosin derivative resins. Provides excellent resistance to water, grease, oils and alkalis. Offers high gloss and good chemical resistance. Used in gravure inks, flexographic inks, overprint varnishes, cold seal release lacquers and heat-seal coatings. Complies with FDA 175.300, 176.170 and 176.180.
