VISCOLAM® PS 170 AIR by Lamberti is a solvent-, APEO- and VOC-free, non-ionic polyurethane associative (HEUR)-based rheology modifier for waterbased resins system. It has high efficiency in increasing KU (mid shear) viscosity. It is made with raw materials from vegetal sources, obtained from plant-derived substances. It offers very high thickening efficiency and strong & low shear sensitive associative structure. <br><ul style="padding-left: 40px;">
<li>It offers good balance between thickening, leveling and gloss in comparison with cellulose ethers or acrylic emulsion. </li>
<li> It can be added to waterborne polyurethane dispersions, acrylics, styrene-acrylics, vynil and vynil-acrylics emulsions to increase viscosity and adjust the rheology profile. </li>
<li> It is compatible with other PU thickeners and fillers such as pigments and flame retardants. </li>
<li>It is used in top coats for coil coating and architectural paints.</li>
<li>VISCOLAM® PS 170 AIR is bluesign approved and has a shelf life of 12 months. </li></ul> VISCOLAM® PS 202 AIR by Lamberti is a non-ionic, solvent-free thickener used in all types of aqueous based polyurethanes. It shows excellent film build, flowing and levelling. It is suitable for acrylic, styrene-acrylic, vinyl, and vinyl-acrylic emulsion polymers. It is used in coating applications. VISCOLAM® PS 202 AIR has a shelf life of 12 months. VISCOLAM® 698 by Lamberti is an APEO free, VOC free, cost-effective thickener and rheology modifier based on hydrophobically modified alkaly swellable emulsion (HASE). It offers strong thickening efficiency, good sag resistance, good anti-settling properties and in-can storage stability. <br><ul style="padding-left: 40px;">
<li>It provides a more shear-thinning rheological profile with respect to natural thickeners (e.g. cellulose or guar gum ethers).</li>
<li> It is used in interior and exterior waterborne paints. </li>
<li> The recommended dosage level is 0.1 to 1.0% of total composition. </li>
<li> VISCOLAM® 698 has a shelf life of 18 months. </li></ul> Viscolam® CMD 50 by Lamberti is an acrylic copolymer, hydro swellable dropplets (HSD) based rheology modifier. It is used to reach incredibly very low shear viscosity. It is applicable for water-based paints. Viscolam® 600 by Lamberti is a rheology modifier based on associative acrylic copolymer emulsion (HASE) with pseudoplastic behavior. It is active in medium shear (KU builder). It is ideal to adjust coating viscosity without influencing other parameters like sagging, storage, stability, applicability. It is used in water-based paints. Viscolam® PS 166 by Lamberti is non-ionic polyurethane associative thickener (HEUR) in water/2-butoxyethanol. It is highly efficient to increase KU (low to mid shear) viscosity. It is used in water-based paints. Viscolam® PS 167 by Lamberti is non-ionic polyurethane associative thickener (HEUR) in water/ 2-(2-butoxyethoxy)ethanol. It is highly efficient to increase KU (low to mid shear) viscosity. It is used in water-based paints. Viscolam® NT 74 by Lamberti is a rheology modifier based on associative acrylic copolymer emulsion (HASE) with newtonian behavior. It is an anionic grade and has high shear viscosity (ICI builder). It is used in water-based paints. Viscolam® 630 by Lamberti is a rheology modifier based on associative acrylic copolymer emulsion (HASE) with pseudoplastic behavior. It is active in low and medium shear viscosity. It is an anionic grade and shows increase in sag resistance and anti-settling effect. It is used in water-based paints. UBE's ETERNATHANE® is a series of polycarbonate polyol-based prepolymers produced by UBE. They are isocyanate-terminated urethane prepolymers with customizable polycarbonate diol and isocyanate composition are used to produce polyurethane elastomers. The prepolymers are available in a wide range of free NCO content.
Overall, UBE ETERNATHANE® polycarbonate-based urethane prepolymer can help design high performing and more durable polyurethane parts.
