VISCOLAM® PS 170 AIR

VISCOLAM® PS 170 AIR by Lamberti is a solvent-, APEO- and VOC-free, non-ionic polyurethane associative (HEUR)-based rheology modifier for waterbased resins system. It has high efficiency in increasing KU (mid shear) viscosity. It is made with raw materials from vegetal sources, obtained from plant-derived substances. It offers very high thickening efficiency and strong & low shear sensitive associative structure. <br><ul style="padding-left: 40px;"> <li>It offers good balance between thickening, leveling and gloss in comparison with cellulose ethers or acrylic emulsion. </li> <li> It can be added to waterborne polyurethane dispersions, acrylics, styrene-acrylics, vynil and vynil-acrylics emulsions to increase viscosity and adjust the rheology profile. </li> <li> It is compatible with other PU thickeners and fillers such as pigments and flame retardants. </li> <li>It is used in top coats for coil coating and architectural paints.</li> <li>VISCOLAM® PS 170 AIR is bluesign approved and has a shelf life of 12 months. </li></ul>

SOLUCOTE® 1302i-3-35

SOLUCOTE® 1302i-3-35 by Lamberti is a solvent free polyurethane resin dispersion designed for printing and packaging applications. It offers reduced heat-seal temperatures required for most PET blister-sealing operations. It is specifically designed as a heat sealable paperboard overprint varnish for fold-over package applications. SOLUCOTE® 1302i-3-35 has a shelf life of 6 months.

ESACOTE® PU 77

ESACOTE® PU 77 by Lamberti is a multipurpose, low VOC, anionic waterborne dispersion of an aliphatic polyurethane based on polycarbonate diols. It is used as a binder for clear and pigmented coatings, providing good balance of elasticity & hardness, high gloss & clarity, excellent flow & leveling, and mechanical- & chemical resistance. It forms tough, transparent & glossy films and allows good film formation when used with small percentage of glycols.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is used in wood coatings (parquet and furniture topcoat) and in metal coatings for pretreatment on different substrates (galvalume, galvanized iron, aluminum or cold rolled steel). </li> <li>It is recommended for plastic films (ex. PVC) as OPV anti-scratch varnish.</li> <li>In architectural coatings, it is suitable as topcoat for flooring 2K on concrete.</li> <li>It improves the adherence on porous substrates, and offers high lamination strength in flexo- & rotogravure inks. </li> <li>It can be combined with water dispersible polyisocyanates, melamine resins, polyaziridines or carbodiimides crosslinkers to enhance the overall properties. </li> <li>ESACOTE® PU 77 has a shelf life of 12 months. </li></ul>
