ESACOTE® PU 980 by Lamberti is an inherently matt, solvent-free, waterborne anionic dispersion of an aliphatic polyurethane based on polyether diols. It is a binder and a film forming polymer, without organic and inorganic matting agents. It provides very good transparency over black substrate and creates matt film with soft, silky touch & without any residual surface tack.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is used as a co-binder in water-based systems, low gloss architectural coatings and 2K varnishes to avoid color painting scratch.</li>
<li>It can be combined with water dispersible polyisocyanates, melamine resins, polyaziridines or carbodiimides crosslinkers to enhance the overall properties. </li>
<li>ESACOTE® PU 980 is used in flexible packaging (corona treated BOPP and BOPET films) and on cardboard for overprint varnishes.</li>
<li>It is also used in wood coatings (parquet and furniture topcoat) with enhanced natural and warm look.</li>
<li>It has a shelf life of 12 months.</li></ul> ESACOTE® PU 77 by Lamberti is a multipurpose, low VOC, anionic waterborne dispersion of an aliphatic polyurethane based on polycarbonate diols. It is used as a binder for clear and pigmented coatings, providing good balance of elasticity & hardness, high gloss & clarity, excellent flow & leveling, and mechanical- & chemical resistance. It forms tough, transparent & glossy films and allows good film formation when used with small percentage of glycols.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is used in wood coatings (parquet and furniture topcoat) and in metal coatings for pretreatment on different substrates (galvalume, galvanized iron, aluminum or cold rolled steel). </li>
<li>It is recommended for plastic films (ex. PVC) as OPV anti-scratch varnish.</li>
<li>In architectural coatings, it is suitable as topcoat for flooring 2K on concrete.</li>
<li>It improves the adherence on porous substrates, and offers high lamination strength in flexo- & rotogravure inks. </li>
<li>It can be combined with water dispersible polyisocyanates, melamine resins, polyaziridines or carbodiimides crosslinkers to enhance the overall properties. </li>
<li>ESACOTE® PU 77 has a shelf life of 12 months. </li></ul> ESACOTE® PU 9510 by Lamberti is an inherently matt, waterborne anionic dispersion of an aliphatic polyurethane based on polyether diols, triethylamine free. It is a film forming polymer, without organic and inorganic matting agents. It is also used as matt binder or co-binder in water-based systems. It provides low gloss with soft feel, very good transparency over black substrate, good scratch resistance, and low friction without blocking. It forms film without any residual surface tack.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It exhibits very good printability and processability in roto/flexo applications. </li>
<li>It is suitable for flexible packaging on plastic films (ex: BOPET and BOPP) and cardboard applications, where a velvet touch OPV combined with a very good black jetness is desired. </li>
<li>In combination with isocyanic crosslinker 08 LM or polyaziridines, it provides good adhesion on plastic films.</li>
<li>ESACOTE® PU 9510 has a shelf life of 9 months. </li></ul> ESACOTE® AC 200 by Lamberti is an APEO-free, self cross-linking, anionic waterborne acrylic emulsion. It is used as a primer on flexible substrates and as a binder for waterborne flexo- & gravure inks and clear & pigmented coatings. It forms transparent & glossy films and allows good film formation when combined with a small percentage of glycols.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It provides good balance of flexibility & hardness development, good resistance to ammonia & water, and excellent surface receptivity to print with UV inks.</li>
<li>It offers adhesion on plastic films and high compatibility to pigmented pastes.
<li>It exhibits good stain- & water resistance in overprint coatings on paper & cardboard.</li>
<li>ESACOTE® AC 200 is recommended for sealable coating on plastic film (ex. BOPP), with an initial sealing temperature of approximately 95-105°C. </li>
<li>It is used as a co-binder in waterproof coating offering low water uptake.</li>
<li>It can be combined with water dispersible polyisocyanates, polyaziridines or carbodiimides crosslinkers to enhance the overall properties. </li>
<li>It has a shelf life of 12 months. </li></ul> ESACOTE® PU 4045 by Lamberti is a multipurpose, low VOC, anionic waterborne dispersion of an aliphatic polyurethane based on polyester diols. It is used as a binder for clear & pigmented coatings and for primer in digital water-based printing. It forms transparent films with some residual stickiness and without the need of co-solvent.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It provides good intercoat adhesion, good compatibility with inorganic salts (like calcium chloride), and good adhesion properties to a large variety of substrates.</li>
<li>It is suitable for flexo- and rotogravure lamination inks with good compatibility with pigmented pastes.</li>
<li>ESACOTE® PU 4045 can be used as sole binder or in combination with other water-based resins.</li>
<li>It can be combined with water dispersible polyisocyanates, polyaziridines or carbodiimides crosslinkers to enhance the overall properties.</li>
<li>It has a shelf life of 12 months.</li></ul> ESACOTE® PU C1 by Lamberti is a multipurpose, low VOC, cationic waterborne dispersion of an aliphatic polyurethane based on polycarbonate diols. It is used as a binder for clear and pigmented coatings. It offers stability in low pH formulations, low water uptake, good elasticity on flexible substrates, and good overcotability. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;">
<li>It is used as a primer for flexible packaging applications.</li>
<li>It is suitable for metal coatings, as pretreatment or primer on different substrates (like galvalume, galvanized iron, aluminum or cold rolled steel).</li>
<li>It forms transparent, glossy & non-sticky films and does not require co-solvent. </li>
<li>It can be combined with water dispersible polyisocyanates to enhance the overall properties.. </li>
<li>ESACOTE® PU C1 has a shelf life of 12 months. </li></ul> ESACOTE® AC 509 by Lamberti acts as film-former based on acrylic emulsions. It can be used as binder for clear and pigmented coatings. It is a hydrophobic, anionic, APEO free, acrylic multiphase emulsion. It forms transparent and glossy film. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;">
<li> It provides good corrosion protection, superior water resistance and good adhesion on CRS, metal substrates & on various materials. </li>
