KEPERCAT® -540 by Kito Chemical is a dinonylnaphthylsulfonic acid. It acts as an acid catalyst & cooling agent. It offers high speed cross-linking reaction, high density, low cure temperature and increased water proof. KEPERCAT® -540 provides salt fog resistance and anti-corrosion property to the film. It is compatible with fully alkylated monomeric, formaldehyde, fully methylated, butylated, benzoguanamine, urea formaldehyde and glycoluril resins. It is recommended for paints. Recommended dosage level of the grade is 0.6-5%. KEPERCAT® -543N by Kito Chemical is an enclosed type amine salt of p-toluenesulfonic acid catalyst. It acts as a cooling agent for paint. It offers improved hardness, processability, no yellowing and no effect on storage stability & film appearance. It is suitable for solvent-based, water-based and coil coatings. KEPERCAT® -543N is compatible with fully alkylated monomeric, formaldehyde, methylate, butylate, benzoguanamine, urea formalehyde and glycoluril resins. The dosage level of the grade is 0.6-5%. KEPERCAT® -548 by Kito Chemical is a non-enclosed polycarboxylate carboxylic acid solution by Kito Chemical. It acts as a cooling agent for paint. It is compatible with fully alkylated monomeric-, formaldehyde-, fully methylated-, butylated-, benzoguanamine-, urea formaldehyde and glycoluril resins. KEPERCAT® -548 offers reduced curing time, improved hardness and processability. The dosage level of the grade is 0.6-5%. KEPERCAT® -542 by Kito Chemical is a non-occluded P-toluenesulfonic acid. It acts as an acid catalyst. It also acts as a cooling agent for paint. It lowers the curing temperature effectively. It is suitable for amino paints, solvent-based & water-based systems.
