KEPERCAT® -540 by Kito Chemical is a dinonylnaphthylsulfonic acid. It acts as an acid catalyst & cooling agent. It offers high speed cross-linking reaction, high density, low cure temperature and increased water proof. KEPERCAT® -540 provides salt fog resistance and anti-corrosion property to the film. It is compatible with fully alkylated monomeric, formaldehyde, fully methylated, butylated, benzoguanamine, urea formaldehyde and glycoluril resins. It is recommended for paints. Recommended dosage level of the grade is 0.6-5%.
