KEPERCAT® -546 by Kito Chemical is an enclosed type amine salt of dinonylnaphthalene disulfonic acid. It acts as an acid catalyst. It acts as a cooling agent for paint. It offers low cure temperature, increased water & salt fog resistance and no yellowing under high temperatures. KEPERCAT® -546 provides good storage stability and anti-corrosion property to the film. It is compatible with fully alkylated monomeric-, formaldehyde-, methylate-, butylate-, benzoguanamine-, urea formaldehyde and glycoluril resins. The dosage level of the grade is 0.6-5%.
