KEPERDISP® -6528 by Kito Chemical is a high molecular weight polyurethane solution for solvent-based coatings. It acts as a hyperdispersant and wetting agent. It is soluble in ester, ketone and aromatic hydrocarbon. It shows excellent compatibility with resin and solvents. It is compatible with alcohol acid, acrylic resin, NC nitrocotton, amino, epoxy and polyurethane resin. It can be used with pigment enhancers. It offers excellent resistance to flocculation, storage stability and low viscosity. KEPERDISP® -6528 is suitable for gravure printing inks, industrial- and automotive coatings. Recommended dosage level is 30-100% for carbon black, 10-30% for organic pigment, 10-15% for inorganic pigment and 1-5% for titanium dioxide. KEPERDISP® -6525 by Kito Chemical is high molecular weight polyester for solvent-free and solvent-based coatings. It acts as a dispersing and wetting agent. It is used with ester, ketone and hydrocarbon solvent. It reduces system viscosity and increases liquidity. It provides safe grinding time and excellent ability to avoid seediness. It shows good performance at low temperature (-5°C) with no precipitation. KEPERDISP® -6525 is suitable for industrial-, wood-, automotive OEM and refinishing coatings. Recommended dosage level is 20-100% for carbon black, 10-30% for organic pigment, 10-15% for inorganic pigment and 1-5% for titanium dioxide. KEPERDISP® -6517 by Kito Chemical is a multipoint anchor polyurethane solution. It acts as a dispersing agent available in light brown waxy form. It increases concentration and improves fluidity. It provides good dispersion stability, anti-flooding and floating flocculation. It is compatible with organic pigment (10-30%) and carbon black (20-100%). KEPERDISP® -6517 is recommended for solvent-based coatings, offset and gravure printing inks. KEPERDISP® -642 by Kito Chemical is a high molecular polyurethane solution. It acts as a dispersing and wetting agent. It can be diluted in xylene/PMA and prevents flooding & floating. It offers high gloss and transparency. It reduces viscosity and improves liquidity. It provides excellent storage- and dilution stability. It is compatible with carbon black (30-60%), organic pigment (20-40%), inorganic pigment (5-15%) and titanium dioxide (2-4%). KEPERDISP® -642 is suitable for solvent-based coatings. KEPERDISP® -630 by Kito Chemical is a polyester carboxylic acid. It acts as a dispersing agent and is available in colorless to light yellow transparent liquid form. It can be used to produce pigment concentrated slurries. It offers good dispersion, anti-settling and excellent mixing for titanium dioxide. It is not readily flooded and provides color separation. KEPERDISP® -630 is suitable for printing inks and solvent-based coatings. Recommended usage level is 5-20% for organic pigment including carbon black and 1-5% for inorganic pigment. KEPERDISP® -639 by Kito Chemical is a high molecular polyurethane dispersing agent for solvent-based coatings. It can be diluted in BAC/PMA. It offers good color spreadability, excellent resistance to flocculation, storage stability and viscosity stability. It exhibits low freezing point. It is compatible with carbon black (80-100%), organic pigment (30-60%), inorganic pigment (15-20%) and titanium dioxide (4-5%). KEPERDISP® -639 is suitable for printing inks, automotive OEM-, industrial- and automotive refinish coatings. KEPERDISP® -632 by Kito Chemical is a phosphate modified polyester copolymer. It acts as wetting and dispersing agent. It can be diluted in xylol and reduces viscosity of the system acutely. It improves liquidity, covering power, film burnish and DOI of paint. It provides good storage and dilution stability. It is recommended to be used in pure white system. KEPERDISP® -632 is suitable for high class coatings. Recommended usage level is 1-5% for titanium dioxide and 2-10% for inorganic pigment. KEPERDISP® -603 by Kito Chemical is a polyether phosphate ester salt for solvent-based coatings. It acts as a dispersing agent and is soluble in BAC. It provides excellent dispersion of carbon black. It offers good covering ability, good paint film burnish and high gloss film. It scatters titanium dioxide and significantly improves whiteness, covering power and smooth film surface texture. It offers excellent anti-settling of inorganic pigments after dilution effect. KEPERDISP® -603 is used in industrial coatings and printing inks. Recommended usage level for carbon black is 20-60%, for organic pigment is 10-40% and for inorganic pigment is 1-5%. KEPERDISP® -600 by Kito Chemical is a low molecular weight amine salt of acidic polyester. It acts as a wetting- and dispersing agent. It is used in organic and inorganic pigments. It is soluble in xylol/n-butyl alcohol and available in light yellow to dark yellow transparent liquid form. It increases liquidity and reduces viscosity of the system. It improves film gloss and pigment covering capability. KEPERDISP® -600 is suitable for titanium dioxide powder in wood lacquer and industry coating applications. Recommended usage level for titanium dioxide powder is 0.5-1%, for inorganic pigment is 1-2.5% and for organic pigment is 1-5%. KEPERDISP® -604 by Kito Chemical is an amine salt of polycarboxylic acid. It acts as a dispersing agent and can be soluble in higher alcohols/alkylbenzene. It controls flocculation and avoid pigment flooding, folding, settling & sagging. It increases thixotropy and can be used in middle, low to non-polarity solvent and non-solvent system. It can be dissolved in petroleum solvent and offers no effect on leveling. KEPERDISP® -604 is suitable for anti-corrosion coating base and PCB inks. Recommended usage level is 1-2% for inorganic pigment, 0.5-1% for titanium dioxide and filler.
