ARBOCEL® P 4000 S by JRS Rettenmaier is a water insoluble microcellulose in the form of a dispersible powder. It acts as a thickener. It is possible to convert it into a stable gel, which improves the rheology of water-based systems by using low shear energy (dissolver, kneader). <br>

It acts as thickener. The small particle size and purity makes it a high performance filler for diverse coating applications. It is an environment friendly grade and is gained from replenish-able raw materials. It shows heat resistance and thixotrophy. ARBOCEL® UFC 100 is used as retention aid in paper coatings and volume agent in textile surfaces application. ARBOCEL® BWW 40 by JRS Rettenmaier is a medium-sized, 100% natural, highly pure cellulose fiber. It acts as a thickener, matting agent and viscosifier in sprayable emulsion paints as well as classical facade paints which is applied by roller or brush. It is environment friendly obtained from replenishable raw materials. ARBOCEL® BWW 40 is used in joint-fillers (emulsion) where it reduces shrinkage and cracking of joints as well as improves work-ability. It is suitable for coatings applications. ARBOCEL® BE 600/30 PU by JRS Rettenmaier is a non-coniferous, sulphite bleached cellulose microfiber. It acts as a thickener and fiber reinforcement. It is VOC/SVOC-free. It is typically used as a matting agent and viscosifier in spray-able emulsion paints. It shows heat resistance. ARBOCEL® BE 600/30 PU significantly improves scrub resistance and is therefore the ideal ingredient for ecolabel certified paints. ARBOCEL® Alginate 125 by JRS Rettenmaier acts as a rheology modifier. The sodium alginate is a creamy-white to yellow powder with brown algae as the basic raw material. It can produce temperature stable and transparent films with oil barrier. It can react with Ca-ions to form strong gels. It has excellent water control properties. ARBOCEL® Alginate 125 is suitable for use in protective coatings applications. The recommended shelf life of the grade is 12 months. ARBOCEL® P 4000 X by JRS Rettenmaier is a microcellulose in the form of a dispersible powder. It acts as thickener. By using low shear energy (dissolver, kneader), it is possible to convert it into a stable gel, which improves the rheology of water-based systems. It offers an insoluble 3D-network after activation which leads to outstanding stabilization and anti-settling properties. Exhibits heat resistance and excellent thixotropic behavior which makes it suitable for sprayable or pumpable applications. ARBOCEL® P 4000 X is especially suitable for systems with higher electrolyte levels and shows no post-thickening effects. ARBOCEL® MCG MF 40 by JRS Rettenmaier is cellulose gel, co-processed with cellulose gum. It shows thixotropic behavior and particles in the gel can be stabilized. Offers heat resistance. ARBOCEL® MCG MF 40 is a low viscosity grade and can be used in higher concentrations for coating applications. The recommended shelf life of the grade is at least 4 years from the date of production stored at a dry place at room temperature. ARBOCEL® CE 2906 HF 50 LV by JRS Rettenmaier is a hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (HPMC), available as off-white powder. It is used as thickener, protective colloid, stabilizer, suspending aid and water retention agent in many industrial applications. Offers reversible thermal gelation. ARBOCEL® CE 2906 HF 50 LV forms transparent and sticky films and is recommended for use in coating markets. This product meets the requirements of the analytical methods of USP 32 NF 26 and is produced according to ISO 2002. ARBOCEL® Alginate LFD 1205 S1 by JRS Rettenmaier is a rheology modifier. The sodium alginate is creamy-white to yellow powder with brown algae as the basic raw material. It can react with Ca-ions to form strong gels. It can produce temperature stable and transparent films with oil barrier properties. Exhibits excellent water control properties and low viscosity. ARBOCEL® Alginate LFD 1205 S1 It is suitable for anti-sticking and protective coating applications. Its shelf life is 24 months.
