Bisomer® PEM6 LD by GEO Specialty Chemicals is a polyethyleneglycol monomethacrylate. Is a firmly established capping agent in urethane methacrylate oligomers for various applications including UV cure PUDs for field applied coatings. Bisomer® PEM6 LD is hydrophilic and offers a low glass transition temperature (Tg) and low shrinkage on polymerization. Bisomer® PEG 200 DMA by GEO Specialty Chemicals is Polyethyleneglycol 200 dimethacrylate. Is a low viscosity aliphatic dimethacrylate monomer ideally used as a co-monomer for improving mechanical properties and chemical resistance. Is an excellent reactive diluent in peroxide curable formulations due to its low viscosity and ease of handling, it is non-toxic, non-sensitizing and a non-irritant. It is ideal in dibenzoyl peroxide (BPO) cured applications. Bisomer® PEG 200 DMA offers excellent compatibility with unsaturated polyesters and vinyl esters for gel coat and composite formulations. Bisomer® HPMA by GEO Specialty Chemicals is non-toxic and non-yellowing monomer. It is used in acrylic polyol synthesis to introduce hydroxyl functionality, used for automotive and industrial coatings. It is used as a replacement for styrene or MMA in unsaturated polyesters, PMMA based acrylic resins and vinyl ester formulations for applications such as gel coats, 2k peroxide cure flooring and composites. Bisomer® HPMA is also used as a capping agent in urethane methacrylate oligomers for various applications including chemical anchors, structural and anaerobic adhesives. Polyalkyleneglycol dimethacrylate. It is based around a 7 unit propylene oxide (PO) backbone, both ends of the chain is capped with 2 moles of ethylene oxide (EO) prior to esterification. Has the inherent ability to modify the hydrophobic/hydrophilic balance in formulated systems. Offering low shrinkage on polymerization and advantageous improvements in impact strength are amongst its major advantages. Benzyl Methacrylate. Low viscosity aromatic methacrylate. It is used as a reactive diluent in 2k peroxide flooring and road marking applications. It can be used as an alternative to styrene in unsaturated polyester and vinyl ester gel coat and composite formulations. It can also be used to improve pigment dispersion when used in acrylic resins and polymeric dispersants. 50% aqueous solution of methoxy polyethyleneglycol 1000 methacrylate. It is an aqueous solution of a long chain methacrylate monoester based on a poly-ethyleneglycol backbone. It is water soluble and contains approximately 23 EO units within the chain. It is used to introduce non-ionic water dispersible groups into acrylic or vinyl polymers. It is also an excellent flexibilizing molecule due to its low glass transition temperature (Tg). 50% aqueous solution of methoxy polyethyleneglycol methacrylate. It is an aqueous solution of a long chain methacrylate monoester based on a polyethyleneglycol backbone. It is water soluble and contains approximately 23 EO units within the chain. It is used to introduce non-ionic water dispersible groups into acrylic or vinyl polymers. It is also an excellent flexibilizing molecule due to its low glass transition temperature (Tg). 77% aqueous dimethylaminohydroxy-propane solution. It is a multifunctional amino alcohol for aqueous polymer systems. It forms an aqueous azeotrope that minimizes dry time and maximizes amine elimination. The surfactant effect of Bisomer AMINE D700 provides enhanced pigment dispersion, wetting and flow with additional benefits for water-based system formulators. Triethyleneglycol Dimethacrylate. It is a low viscosity aliphatic dimethacrylate monomer ideal as a co-monomer for improving hardness and mechanical properties. Is an excellent reactive diluent in peroxide curable formulations due to its low viscosity and ease of handling. It offers excellent compatibility with unsaturated polyesters and vinyl esters for gel coat and composite formulations. Isotridecyl methacrylate. It is a hydrophobic monofunctional methacrylate monomer with a low glass transition temperature (Tg) and therefore an excellent flexibilizing and plasticizing monomer. In 2k coatings it offers low viscosity and low odor combined with low shrinkage on polymerization. It is also an excellent co-monomer in acrylic and vinyl resins.
