Bisomer® PEG 200 DMA

Bisomer® PEG 200 DMA by GEO Specialty Chemicals is Polyethyleneglycol 200 dimethacrylate. Is a low viscosity aliphatic dimethacrylate monomer ideally used as a co-monomer for improving mechanical properties and chemical resistance. Is an excellent reactive diluent in peroxide curable formulations due to its low viscosity and ease of handling, it is non-toxic, non-sensitizing and a non-irritant. It is ideal in dibenzoyl peroxide (BPO) cured applications. Bisomer® PEG 200 DMA offers excellent compatibility with unsaturated polyesters and vinyl esters for gel coat and composite formulations.

Is a firmly established capping agent in urethane methacrylate oligomers for various applications including UV cure PUDs for field applied coatings. Bisomer® PEM6 LD is hydrophilic and offers a low glass transition temperature (Tg) and low shrinkage on polymerization.

Used to introduce carboxylic functional groups into the polymer backbone. Applications of DMPA® Dimethylolpropionic Acid include water based alkyds and polyesters, PUDs and e-deposition coatings.
