DOWSIL™ IE 6683 Emulsion distributed by DKSH is 40% active, water-dilutable silicone emulsion used to provide water repellency to porous construction materials. It is an easy-to-use, environmentally friendly, cost effective, water-based non-SiH product. It offers fast beading action, low VOC and dilution stability.<br>

<li>DOWSIL™ IE 6683 Emulsion is used as an ingredient in the formulation of water-repellent & water-based primers, paints and coatings.</li>
<li>This product is available in New Zealand, Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, Cambodia and Myanmar.</li></ul> DOWSIL™ 51 Additive distributed by DKSH acts as an anti-blocking agent, slip and mar resistance agent. It is a water-dispersible, ultra-high-molecular-weight polydimethylsiloxane dispersion. It provides water resistance in waterborne systems and reduces coefficient of friction. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It imparts levelling, wetting and gloss. </li>
<li>It is compatible with acrylic, alkyd, epoxy, nitrocellulose, polyesters, polyurethane and vinyl systems. </li>
<li>It is effective at low concentrations. </li>
<li>It is suitable for water-based and solvent-based flexographic, gravure ink, water-based lithographic ink and overprint varnish. </li>

It is a non-reactive silicone glycol copolymer surfactant. It provides mar resistance, slip, gloss enhancement, pigment treatment and leveling for ink and coatings applications. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It reduces coefficient of friction and aids in pigment dispersing. </li>
<li>It is compatible with acrylic, alkyd, amide, epoxy, nitrocellulose, phenolic, polyester, polyurethane and vinyl systems. </li>

<li>It can be added during the grind, let down or be post-add stage. </li>
<li>Recommended usage levels in water-based paint is 0.2-1.0% and solvent-based paint is 0.05-0.2%. </li>

<li>DOWSIL™ 57 Additive has a shelf life of 30 months. </li>

It provides highly effective and long-lasting foam control and has a very low tendency to affect coating gloss. It is readily dispersible. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It can be added during the grind, let down or be post-added. </li>
<li>Recommended usage levels include 0.5 to 2.0 weight percent or as low as 0.05 to 0.1 weight percent, based upon total formulation. </li>
<li>DOWSIL™ 62 Additive is used in architectural and decorative coatings, printing inks, can, coil and industrial coatings, and automotive paints.</li>

It imparts a hammertone effect to certain finishes. It gives a pleasing decorative appearance to poorly finished metal surfaces. It is suitable for solvent-based paints and water-borne systems.<br>

<li>DOWSIL™ 61-NW Additive has a shelf life of 1080 days.</li>

It is used in polar and non-polar solvent containing acrylic formulations to improve water repellency and in solvent borne and waterborne decorative coatings. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It shows good compatibility with acrylic resins. </li>
<li>It can be diluted in aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons and polar solvents. </li>

<li>DOWSIL™ 88 Additive has a shelf life of 24 months from date of manufacture. </li>
<li>It is available in APAC region (Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore, Cambodia, Myanmar, New Zealand).</li></ul> DOWSIL™ 67 Additive distributed by DKSH is a silicone wetting agent. It has low viscosity and low surface tension, which helps provide good spreading and wetting. It improves the wetting of water-borne coatings on difficult substrates.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It enhances the wetting of water-reducible flexographic and rotographic inks on high-slip polyethylene, polypropylene, and polyethylene terephthalate used in packaging.</li>
<li>It also reduces the amount of organic co-solvents needed for good wetting and improves printing characteristics.</li>
<li>It is used in architectural and decorative coatings, automotive paints, can, coil and industrial coatings, and printing inks. </li>
<li>DOWSIL™ 67 Additive has a shelf life of 24 months. </li>
<li>Recommended dosage level is 0.1-1% by weight.</li>
<li>It is available in APAC region (Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Cambodia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Australia, China).</li></ul> DOWSIL™ 52 Additive distributed by DKSH acts as an anti-blocking agent. It is a low viscosity, pourable, silanol functional, ultra-high molecular weight silicone dispersion for abrasion-, scratch-, and mar resistance. It is recommended for waterborne paints, inks and coatings. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is a flowable liquid that allows easy processing and shows good compatibility with waterborne acrylic, alkyd, polyester, epoxy, PU, and vinyl resin-based coatings. </li>
<li>It provides a very low coefficient of friction and is effective at very low addition levels without affecting surface hardness, water resistance, or mechanical properties. </li>
<li>It also improves slip, abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, and anti-blocking, while being easy to incorporate during let-down or post-addition. </li>
<li>Additionally, it is suitable for exterior coatings, compatible with multiple formulations, and offers good cost-in-use performance.</li>
<li>It is recoatable, APEO-free and effective at low concentration. </li>
<li>It is suitable for PUD-based wood coatings, interior and exterior paints, inks and overprint varnishes. </li>
<li>DOWSIL™ 52 Additive is also used in architectural and decorative applications, printing inks, can, coil and industrial coatings, and automotive paints.</li>
<li>Recommended dosage level is 0.01–3.5% as supplied in waterborne systems, based on total formulation. </li>
<li>It is available in APAC region (New Zealand, Australia, Vietnam, Singapore, Cambodia, Myanmar, Malaysia, China). </li></ul> DOWSIL™ 3074 Intermediate distributed by DKSH is a methoxy-functional silicone resin intermediate used in combination with organic resins via cold-blends or pre-reaction to improve weatherability and heat resistance or with phenyl-containing silicone resin as a reactive diluent for low VOC high temperature coatings. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is a solventless resin compatible with organic resins such as polyesters, alkyds, epoxies and acrylics. </li>
<li>It chemically reacts with organic resins that contain active hydroxyl groups to form silicone-organic copolymers, or can hydrolyze and self-condense to produce a cured, silicone homopolymer. </li>
<li>Market applications of DOWSIL™ 3074 Intermediate include architectural and decorative coatings, printing inks, coil coatings, can coatings, appliance finishes, industrial maintenance coatings, protective coatings, OEM coatings, and cookware/bakeware coatings. </li>
<li>It has a shelf life of 36 months.</li>
<li>It is available in APAC region (New Zealand, Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, Cambodia, Myanmar, India, Vietnam).</li></ul> DOWSIL™ 8590 Additive distributed by DKSH act as a silicone foam control additive. It performs effectively at low dosages without impacting surface gloss. Its low viscosity allows easy dispersibility into waterborne paints and inks and enables performance over a wide temperature range.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It improves corrosion and blister resistance.</li>
<li>It is a colourless to light amber liquid.</li>
<li>It is used in acrylic styrene emulsion paints for architectural wall coatings, especially to eliminate microfoam in roller applications.</li>
<li>It is also used in waterborne flexo gravure inks, waterborne acrylic overprint varnishes, acrylic urethane emulsion paints for wood, and waterborne acrylic or hybrid acrylic-epoxy metal coatings.</li>
<li>DOWSIL™ 8590 Additive is suitable for automotive paints, can, coil and industrial coatings, and printing inks.</li>
<li>It has a shelf life of 900 days from date of manufacturing. </li>
