Chartsil C-515.71HR by Chartwell International is amino functional metal organic adhesion promoter absorbed upon a high surface area precipitated silica carrier. Improves salt fog & blistering resistance and reduces creep at the scribe. Enhances the adhesion of epoxy, urethane, alkyd, acrylic, polyester and other solvent-borne coatings to metal surfaces. Provides resultant reduction in corrosion. Chartsil C-515.71HR also enhances adhesion to many plastic surfaces. Chartsil C-523.2H by {suppliers} acts as an adhesion promoter based on hybrid carboxyl/hydroxyl functional metal organic compound adsorbed on silica carrier. It is recommended for polyester PT 910 type, polyester/TGIC and primid resin systems. It improves moisture and corrosion resistance. Chartsil C-523.2H is suitable for use in powder coatings. Chartsil B-515.1/2H by Chartwell International is a high concentration amino functional metal organic adhesion promoter. It offers improved salt fog as well as blistering resistance and reduces the creep at the scribe. It is particularly useful for enhancing adhesion of polyester/epoxy hybrid and urethane powder coatings to many metal substrates (CRS, aluminum, brass, etc.). Chartsil B-515.1/2H dosage level recommended is 0.5-1 phr. Chartsil B-525.1 by Chartwell International is a carboxy functional adhesion promoter. It is a dry free flowing solid and is absorbed upon a high surface area precipitated silica carrier. The product physically breaks down upon compounding to release the active carboxy functional adhesion promoter. It is useful in powder coatings, where it is especially useful for enhancing adhesion of polyester powder coatings to many metal substrates (CRS, aluminum, brass, copper, etc.) where liquid additives cannot easily be handled for improving salt fog & blistering resistance and reducing creep at the scribe for enhancing adhesion of thermoset acrylic, polyester solvent-borne coatings to metal surfaces with a consequent reduction in corrosion and also for enhancing adhesion of thermoset acrylic & polyester to metal surfaces with (oxygen containing polymers only). Chartsil B-525.1 recommended level for powder coatings is 1.4 - 2.0 phr (parts per hundred resin). Chartsil C-505.1/ 2H by Chartwell International is a high concentration mercapto functional metal organic adhesion promoter. It is a dry free flowing solid and is absorbed upon a high surface area precipitated silica carrier. The product physically breaks down upon compounding to release the active mercapto functional adhesion promoter. It is useful in powder coatings, where it is particularly useful for enhancing adhesion of epoxy as well as urethane powder coatings to many metal substrates (CRS, aluminium, brass, etc.) where liquid additives cannot easily be handled. It is used in improving salt fog, blistering resistance and reducing creep at the scribe. Chartsil C-505.1/ 2H recommended level for powder coatings is 0.6 - 1.2 phr (parts per hundred resin).
