Chartwell C-523.72HRW by Chartwell International is an increased reactivity hybrid carboxy/ hydroxy functional metal organic adhesion promoter. It is synthesized with a stabilized neutralized metal complex, is supplied as a solution in water. It improves adhesion to all metals with accompanying improved salt fog resistance, reduction of creep at the scribe, reduced blistering, improved adhesion to plastics, plastic films (treated PE/ PP, mylar), ceramics, concrete, rubber and wood. Chartwell C-523.72HRW is useful for all water-borne coatings having a pH of 7-11 including coatings formulated with acrylic/ styrenated acrylic latex emulsions and water-borne polymer dispersions of alkyds, epoxies, urethanes & others.

It is synthesized with a stabilized neutralized metal complex for increased crosslinking capability. It improves film crosslinking and adhesion to all metals with accompanying improved salt fog resistance, reduction of creep at the scribe, reduced blistering, improved adhesion to plastics, ceramics, concrete & wood. In WB Exterior primers and deck stains, it will eliminate peeling on wood substrate. Chartwell C-515.75HRW is useful for inks and all water-borne coatings including coatings formulated with acrylic/ styrenated acrylic, PUD & alkyd coatings.
