BRB Siloen® SR 403 by BRB International BV is a water repellant. It is a non-ionic, APEO-free, solvent-free, water-thinnable silicone emulsion containing 60% active reactive silicone oil. It is miscible with tap water, and compatible with acrylate paint systems. <br>

<li>It delivers superior hydrophobicity, low water absorption, enhanced beading and hydrophobing performance and high water vapor permeability. </li>
<li>It offers increased UV resistance, matte finish, and improved processability and anti-blocking characteristics. </li>
<li>It is used as a paint additive to improve water resistance of silicone-based masonry paints. </li></ul> BRB Siloen® SR 608 by BRB International BV is a solvent dilutable alkylsilane/siloxane concentrate used as a masonry water repellent. It provides very good water repellency, is easy to dilute in solvents, high resistance to alkalinity, and excellent penetrating properties. BRB Siloen® SR 608 is used as a primer for mineral building materials. BRB Siloen® 696 by BRB International BV is a water-dilutable, solvent-free silane emulsion with hydrophobic properties, and high alkali resistance. It offers no loss in water vapor permeability and superior and long-lasting water repellency especially for highly alkaline materials. <br>

It is easy to use, has good penetration depth and doesn’t alter the aspect of treated material. </li>
<li>It provides improved resistance to freeze–thaw de-icing salt stress and no significant impact on concrete rheology when used as an admixture. </li>
<li>It is used as a water-repellent liquid admixture for non-load-bearing concrete-based products and for high-quality impregnation and priming of alkaline mineral surfaces. </li>
<li>It provides good adhesion of paints (when used as a primer). </li>
<li>It is applied by flow coating at low pressure in two coats wet-on wet. </li></ul> BRB Siloen® HPA 415 by BRB International BV is a pH controller additive for water-based emulsion paints. It provides excellent pH stability and ensures very good storage stability of paints. <br>

It is solvent free and odor-free compared to ammonia and organic amines. </li><li>It improves water resistance and enhances scrub resistance. </li><li>Recommended dosage level is 0.1 to 0.2%.</li></ul> BRB Siloen® SMA281LC by BRB International BV acts as a slip and mar resistance agent. It is a 65% active dispersion in water of very high molecular weight polydimethylsiloxane gum. It has low cyclic content and is available as a flowable liquid for easy processing. <br>

It is effective at low addition levels and provides a low coefficient of friction. </li>
<li>It provides excellent slip, reduced coefficient of friction, mar resistance, gloss, anti-blocking, and release properties. </li>
<li>It offers good compatibility with almost all waterborne binder systems such as PU, acrylic, alkyd, epoxy, and polyester. </li>
<li>It is used as a silicone additive for waterborne and solvent-based coatings. </li>
<li>It is suitable for wood coatings, inks, overprint varnishes, and leather topcoats. </li><li>Recommended dosage level is 0.05 to 3% in weight based
on the total formulation. </li></ul> BRB Siloen® HPA 406 by BRB International BV is a non-ionic, APEO free, water-thinnable, 55% solid aqueous emulsion of a modified polysiloxane. It enhances water repellency and provides a beading effect without reducing water vapor permeability. <br>

It is solvent free and suitable for many waterborne paint systems or plasters such as acrylics, silicate, and siloxane systems. </li>
<li>It can be used as a water-repellent primer on material substrates and also as a hydrophobing agent for insulating materials. </li>
<li>It provides superior hydrophobicity with low water absorption for silicone-based masonry paints and cement-based mortars. </li>
<li>It enhances beading effect while minimizing dirt pick up and enhances processability along with anti-blocking characteristics in paints. </li>
<li>It is used as an additive in masonry coatings and aqueous primers. </li></ul> BRB Siloen® WA 263 by BRB International BV is a surfactant and substrate wetting agent. It is silicone polyether copolymer solution for aqueous coatings with excellent leveling properties. It reduces surface tension to 22.3 mN/m at 0.1% in water. Used in industrial-, wood-, furniture-, architectural- & decorative- coatings, printing inks and varnishes at a dosage level of 0.2-2.0 %. Also applicable in inkjet inks, leather pre-primers, primers and top coats based on PU, acrylic nitrocellulose and casein binders at 0.2-2.0 % concentration. BRB Siloen® WA 263 is recommended at a dosage level of 0.1-2 % in automotive coatings. BRB Siloen® LA 270 by BRB International BV acts as a flow and leveling agent. It is a surface control additive based on silicone polyether copolymer with 10% solids in xylene. It is re-coatable and provides anti-cratering as well as moderate slip and mar resistance. Suitable for pigmented and clear coat, solvent-based paints, coatings and inks. It reduces foaming during production, prevents pigment separation and can correct glossing, pin holing and fisheyes. Compatible with acrylic, alkyd, amide, epoxy, nitrocellulose, polyester, polyurethane and vinyl resin systems. It has a shelf life of 18 months. BRB Siloen® LA 270 is recommended at a dosage level of 0.1-0.5 %wt. BRB Siloen® WA 261 by BRB International BV is a substrate wetting agent based on modified trisiloxane. Provides outstanding surface tension reduction and super spreading properties. Designed for water- & solvent-borne and UV/EB curing coatings and inks. Offers low foam stabilization and helps flow, leveling and air release. Recommended dosage level of BRB Siloen® WA 261 is 0.1-0.3% for water-based coatings and 0.5% for solvent-based coatings. BRB Siloen® WA 265 by BRB International BV acts as a wetting agent. It is a non-ionic polyethylene modified trisiloxane. Designed for water-borne and radiation curable coatings, inks and overprint varnishes. Provides outstanding surface tension reduction, recoatability, deep penetration and super spreading properties. Suitable in a wide range of substrate including wood and plastics. The recommended dosage level of BRB Siloen® WA 265 is 0.05-0.4% based on total formulation.
