BRB Siloen® WA 263 by BRB International BV is a surfactant and substrate wetting agent. It is silicone polyether copolymer solution for aqueous coatings with excellent leveling properties. It reduces surface tension to 22.3 mN/m at 0.1% in water. Used in industrial-, wood-, furniture-, architectural- & decorative- coatings, printing inks and varnishes at a dosage level of 0.2-2.0 %. Also applicable in inkjet inks, leather pre-primers, primers and top coats based on PU, acrylic nitrocellulose and casein binders at 0.2-2.0 % concentration. BRB Siloen® WA 263 is recommended at a dosage level of 0.1-2 % in automotive coatings.
