Loxanol® CA 5315 is designed for interior- & exterior paints, textured finishes, architectural-, elastomeric-, industrial- and wood coatings.

The recommended dosage level is 0.5-10% on polymer solids depending on the polymer MFFT.

Loxanol® PL 5814 by BASF is a coalescing agent and humectant used in aqueous formulations. It can function as a solubilizer in pasty pigment preparations, while also supporting film formation, coalescence, open-time extension, and plasticization. It is designed for low-VOC and sustainable raw material formulations. Loxanol® PL 5814 is recommended for gravure, flexo and inkjet. Loxanol® MI 6840 by BASF is a water repellent.

It is alkaline paraffin wax emulsion in water.

It improves the hydrophobic properties of the film, affects the drying time and prevents skin formation on the surface.

It prolongs open time, reduces mud cracks and lowers snail trail tendency.

Loxanol® MI 6840 is designed for textured finishes and water-based exterior paints.

Recommended dosage is 0.5 – 2% calculated on total formulation.

Loxanol® MI 6731 by BASF acts as an adhesion promoter. It is an aqueous solution of a cationic polymer. It is recommended as primer in coating applications, where it does improve adhesion to the substrate. It is suitable for cellulose, paper, cellophane, viscose, polyolefins (PP, OPP, BOPP, PE, LDPE, HDPE), polyester (PET), polyamide, halogenated polymers (PVC, PVDC) and metals (eg. aluminum). The recommended use level of Loxanol® MI 6731 is 0.5-1 % depending on the application. Loxanol® MI 6627 by BASF is a highly efficient corrosion inhibitor. It is used in combination with zinc phosphate for water- and solvent-borne systems. It is a non-volatile solid with an extremely low water solubility. It increases the anti-corrosive effect of pigments which form protective layers in the anodic zone.

It provides excellent dispersibility and improved stability.

It has a shelf life of 730 days.

Loxanol® MI 6727 by BASF is a corrosion inhibitor and adhesion promoter.

It is an aqueous solution of a cationic polymer.

Due to its high charge density, the polymer adsorbs strongly onto negatively charged surfaces such as cellulose, polyesters, oxidized polyolefins, polyamides, and metals.

It can be used as an adhesion promoter and is suitable for UV coatings and primers.

It substantially improves the adhesion of the coating to the surface.

Loxanol® PL 5060 by BASF is a highly efficient plasticizer for aqueous polymer dispersions. It is highly efficient plasticizing effect, no VOC and very low odor. Loxanol® PL 5060 is recommended for gloss paints, elastomeric coatings and wood coatings. Recommended for 2 to 5 percent calculated on total paint. It has shelf life of 1 year. Loxanol® MI 6735 by BASF is a multifunctional, cationic cross-linking agent for PVB (Poylvinylbutyral) and adhesion promoter for bonding different materials. It is recommended for ionic/cationic binders and in a pre-treatment solution.
It exhibits high charge density and significantly decreases viscosity with increasing temperature.

It absorbs strongly on negatively charged surfaces such as cellulose, polyester, polyolefines, polyamides and metals.

It is strongly basic and must only be used with binders and pigments that are stable to alkalis.

It is suitable for coatings, paints and printing inks for sandwich-printed laminated films application.

The recommended dosage level of Loxanol® MI 6735 is 0.5-1% depending on the application.

It has a shelf life of 24 months.
