Hydropalat® 5040 by BASF acts as a wetting and dispersing agent. It is a sodium polyacrylate in aqueous solution. It promotes total color development. It gives good compatibility with reactive pigments such as zinc oxide. It offers very good gloss retention. It provides high scrub resistance. It helps to optimize the dispersing process of pigments and fillers in aqueous systems like emulsion paints (matt to glossy) and pigment pastes. Its dosage level is 0.2-0.5 %. Hydropalat® 5040 has a shelf life of 2 years. Hydropalat® 1080 by BASF acts as a wetting and dispersing agent for coatings, aqueous binders, and solvent-free pigment pastes. It is a mono-functional oleo alkylenoxide block copolymer.<br>

It eliminates surface defects caused by craters or air bubbles. It provides improved gloss, flow, and leveling properties. Hydropalat® WE 3225 is designed for use in high-end industrial-, automotive- and wood coatings that require excellent wood grain accentuation. Its application can also be extended to printing inks. Hydropalat® WE 3475 by BASF is a anionic, highly efficient wetting agent based on di-2-ethylhexyl sulphosuccinate, sodium salt. It is ideal surface active agent. It possesses medium tendency of foam formation in aqueous solutions or in polymer dispersions. Hydropalat® WE 3475 is suitable for architectural & industrial coatings, functional packaging, paper and paperboard. Its recommended dosage level ranges from 0.1-1.0% active substance on finished coatings, 1.0-5.0% in over print varnishes (OPV) and 1.0-5.0% in pigment concentrates. Hydropalat® 7003 by BASF is a phosphoric acid ester of a non-ionic surfactant of the polyglycol ether type. Acts as a dispersing agent for inorganic pigments and solvent-based coatings. It can be used in combination with non-ionic dispersing agent to give universal compatibility and color acceptance even in solvent-based coatings. Hydropalat® 7003 has a shelf life of 2 years. Hydropalat® WE 3111 by BASF acts as a wetting and dispersing agent. It is a non-ionic, APEO-free aliphatic alcohol ethoxylate. It offers very good color acceptance and shows excellent tinting strength. It has low odor and very good freeze-thaw resistance. It is designed for paints that carry eco-label and can be used in flat through gloss paints and coatings. Complies with EPA and EU 2004/42. Recommended dosage level of Hydropalat® WE 3111 is 0.2-1.0% by total weight. It has a shelf life of 2 years. Hydropalat® SL 3611 by BASF is a combination of surface active low molecular polymers. It is a highly efficient flow agent with foam destroying ingredients. It is recommended for aqueous industrial and automotive coatings. Hydropalat® SL 3611 can reduce bubbles and boiling marks. It is suitable for stoving coatings. The dosage level of the grade is 0.3-3.0%. The shelf life of the product is 2 years. Hydropalat® WE 3120 (Old Name: Hydropalat® 120) by BASF is a low-foaming wetting agent for printing inks and emulsion paints. It offers good water solubility. It exhibits very good alkali and acid stability. It can also act as a good antifoam agent in various applications. <br>

It exhibits very good solubility in water and good compatibility in various polymer systems. It offers very good wetting properties due to which it is especially suitable for wetting difficult substrates such as plastics and metal surfaces, cellophane, aluminium and plastic films, siliconized paper, and glass. It is suitable for acrylics, acrylic copolymers, and polyurethane (PUR, PUD). The recommended dosage level is between 0.5-3%. Hydropalat® WE 3485 has a shelf life of 2 years.
