Hydropalat® WE 3320 by BASF is a non-volatile, non-ionic surfactant used in waterborne coatings as a wetting and dispersing agent. It enhances color development, color acceptance, and substrate wetting. It provides excellent pigment dispersion and stabilization, improved color acceptance, gloss enhancement, and reduced water sensitivity.
- It is APEO- and HAPS-free with zero VOC content, it serves as an effective alternative to APEO-containing products.
