Fish oil and unsaturated hydrocarbon based copolymer resin. It is an irreversible wetting agent and therefore used as an adhesion promoter in anti-corrosive coatings. NECOMAR F 2080 is hydrophobic and exhibits good water and alkali resistance. It is strongly penetrating and has low acidity and good drying properties. It improves the adhesion to metal, especially to slightly rusted surfaces. In wood impregnating coatings and varnishes, NECOMAR F 2080 improves penetration and in high built varnishes reduces blistering tendency.
