ASKOFEN R 9600 by ASK Chemicals is butylated phenol resol grade. It is a heat reactive resin with good compatibility to different resin systems like epoxy or polyester resins. Provides excellent sterilization & chemical resistance with exception of strong alkalis. Also provides good adhesion, hardness and flexibility. Suitable for can, coil, drum and packaging coatings. ASKOFEN R 9600 conforms to US FDA CFR 21 § 175.300 and EU 10/2011, Annex 1. ASKOFEN 295 E 60 by ASK Chemicals is a low viscous phenol resol. It has an excellent penetration behavior hence enables materials with high thickness and density to be impregnated homogeneously without contour scaling. It is unlimited dilutable with ethanol, the solid content can be adjusted during the impregnation process. Friction materials produced with ASKOFEN 295 E 60 show good flexibility, temperature resistance and high friction values. Suitable for use in impregnation textiles for reinforcements and special papers for friction materials. It has a minimum shelf life of 2 months. ASKOFEN 779 W 50 by ASK Chemicals is an aqueous resorcinol-formaldehyde resin. It is used to formulate RFL (Resorcinol–Formaldehyde–Latex) in combination with Latex like SB or preferably with styrene, butadiene, vinylpyridine latex. Suitable for use in textile reinforced rubber products. ASKOFEN 779 W 50 has a minimum shelf life of 6 months. ASKOFEN R 9500 by ASK Chemicals is a butylated phenol resol grade. It is a relatively high molecular weight, heat reactive resin with good compatibility to different resin systems. Provides excellent chemical resistance with exception of strong alkalis and relatively good elasticity. Compatible with epoxies and polyesters. Suitable for can, coil, drum and packaging coatings. ASKOFEN R 9500 conforms to US FDA CFR 21 § 175.300 and EU 10/2011, Annex 1.
