CYMEL® 5015 by allnex is a highly butylated benzoguanamine resin. It is designed for use as a crosslinking agent in conventional coatings requiring chemical resistance. Its excellent balance between adhesion and film
flexibility makes CYMEL® 5015 resin well suited for can coating applications. It has a shelf life of 720 days. CYMEL® 304 by allnex is a specially alkylated, high solids melamine cross-linking agent. Systems formulated with it exhibit excellent catalyzed stability and films develop excellent early hardness, resistance properties, appearance, and cold check resistance. It contains very low free formaldehyde. Conversion
varnishes crosslinked with CYMEL® 304 have superior hydrolytic stability
relative to conventional urea-based formulas. It is compatible with alkyd-, acrylic and polyester resins. CYMEL® 304 offers fast cure response in both ambient and forced cure applications. It is designed for industrial wood coating applications. The shelf life of the grade is 1825 days. CYMEL® XW 3106 resin by allnex is a specially alkylated, high solids melamine cross-linking agent designed for solvent-borne, two-pack ambient and low bake formulations. The low temperature cure potential for this crosslinker provides the opportunity to formulate high performance coatings for heat sensitive substrates. These systems have excellent early hardness, resistance properties, appearance and hot/cold cycle flexibility. CYMEL® XW 3106 resin resin possesses fast cure response in both ambient and forced cured applications. It shows excellent compatibility with a wide variety of OH functional resins and extended catalyzed coating stability. Recommended for OEM auto-plastic, consumer electronics and general industrial metal. The shelf life of this additive is 1800 days. CYMEL® NF 2264/87 WA by allnex is a formaldehyde‑free, waterborne, trifunctional melamine-based crosslinker with reactive carbamate functionality. It is designed for low-VOC, high-quality durable coatings. CYMEL® NF 2264/87 WA provides high gloss and excellent adhesion on various substrates, making it suitable for automotive OEM-, glass- and can coatings. CYMEL® U-1050-10 by allnex is a partially n-butylated urea resin-based crosslinking agent supplied in n-butanol and is the HAPS compliant version of CYMEL® U-1050 resin. It has wide compatibility with other film formers and is useful in fast curing industrial baking finishes and low temperature curing conversion varnishes for wood.<br>

Offers low odor and fast drying properties. Exhibits good compatibility with alkyd, polyester, nitrocellulose, cellulose acetate butyrate and polyvinyl butyrate.<br>

It is recommended as a cross-linking agent for hydroxyl-containing emulsion polymers and other aqueous systems containing hydroxyl or amide functionality. It has a high tendency to self-condense and may be used to increase the hardness and resistance properties of thermoplastic water-borne polymers. CYMEL® 385 resin possesses fast cure response and low formaldehyde release. Recommended for emulsion topcoat systems, non-woven binders and textile coatings. The shelf life of this additive is 180 days. CYMEL® 303 LF by allnex is a highly methylated, monomeric melamine crosslinker supplied in liquid form. Its high extent of alkylation and low tendency to self-condense makes this product a highly effective crosslinking agent for a broad range of applications such as can, container, automotive and general industrial coatings. While CYMEL® 303 LF is insoluble in water, it shows excellent compatibility with water-soluble backbone polymers and provides very good stability in amine-stabilized waterborne formulations. <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>While it is insoluble in water, this product shows excellent compatibility with water soluble backbone polymers and provides very good stability in pH-buffered alkaline water-borne formulations. </li>
<li>It shows very good compatibility with acrylic-, alkyd-, epoxy- and polyester resins. </li>
<li>It is used in electrocoating and conventional coatings requiring high detergent and chemical resistance. </li>
<li>CYMEL® 1123 is suitable for can and container coatings, coil coatings finishes, anodic electrodeposition and high solids primer formulations. </li>
<li>It has a shelf life of 1440 days.</li></ul> CYMEL® 659 resin by allnex is a partially n-butylated benzoguanamine resin-based crosslinker supplied in n-butanol. Like other benzoguanamine resins, this product imparts excellent adhesion and chemical resistance to the coating, but without the need for an external catalyst in the formulation. Because of the limited light resistance properties of these resins, CYMEL® 659 resin is not suitable for exterior applications. It possesses corrosion & chemical resistance and adhesion properties. It is used in automotive primers, can & container coatings and coil coating primers. It shows good compatibility with acrylic, alkyd, polyester and epoxy resins. The shelf life of this additive is 1080 days from the date of manufacture when stored at temperatures below 32°C.
