Its high extent of alkylation and low tendency to self-condense makes this product a highly effective crosslinking agent for a broad range of applications such as can, container, automotive and general industrial coatings. While CYMEL® 303 LF is insoluble in water, it shows excellent compatibility with water-soluble backbone polymers and provides very good stability in amine-stabilized waterborne formulations. It shows excellent compatibility with water-soluble backbone polymers and provides very good stability in amine-stabilized water-borne formulations. Recommended for high solids & water-borne-coatings and inks. The shelf life of this resin is 1800 days. CYMEL® 325 N resin by allnex is methylated high imino melamine-based crosslinker supplied in iso-butanol. This highly reactive additive has a high tendency towards self-condensation providing films with very good hardness, gloss, chemical resistance and outdoor durability. CYMEL® 325 N resin offers very fast cure response, medium to high solids content and low formaldehyde release. It shows very good compatibility with acrylic-, alkyd-, epoxy- and polyester resins. It is effective for backbone polymer resins containing hydroxyl, carboxyl, and amide functional groups. It is suitable for a wide range of solvent- or water-borne baking applications, such as coil & can coating formulations, automotive primers & topcoats and general industrial coatings. It has a shelf life of 720 days between 5-25°C. CYMEL® 300 by allnex is a highly methylated melamine crosslinking agent. Offers exceptionally fast cure response at low bake schedules in highly catalyzed systems and excellent balance between film flexibility & resistance properties. It has high monomer content and low tendency to self-condense which results in films with high formability when paired with inherently flexible polymers. It shows very good compatibility with acrylic-, alkyd-, polyester-, and epoxy resin. CYMEL® 300 is used in coil-, paper-, textile coatings and printing inks. The shelf life of the grade is 1800 days. CYMEL® 327 resin by allnex is a methylated, high imino melamine crosslinker supplied in iso-butanol. It is very reactive and has a tendency towards self-condensation at normal baking temperatures, providing films with very good hardness, gloss, chemical resistance and outdoor durability.

Its major advantage relative to other high imino resins is its potential to lower VOCs in high solids formulations.

It has a shelf life of 720 days.

CYMEL® 385 by allnex is methylated high imino melamine resin with a low degree of alkylation. It is recommended as a cross-linking agent for hydroxyl-containing emulsion polymers and other aqueous systems containing hydroxyl or amide functionality. It has a high tendency to self-condense and may be used to increase the hardness and resistance properties of thermoplastic water-borne polymers. CYMEL® 385 resin possesses fast cure response and low formaldehyde release. Recommended for emulsion topcoat systems, non-woven binders and textile coatings. The shelf life of this additive is 180 days. CYMEL® 659 resin by allnex is a partially n-butylated benzoguanamine resin-based crosslinker supplied in n-butanol. Like other benzoguanamine resins, this product imparts excellent adhesion and chemical resistance to the coating, but without the need for an external catalyst in the formulation. Because of the limited light resistance properties of these resins, CYMEL® 659 resin is not suitable for exterior applications. It possesses corrosion & chemical resistance and adhesion properties. It is used in automotive primers, can & container coatings and coil coating primers. It shows good compatibility with acrylic, alkyd, polyester and epoxy resins. The shelf life of this additive is 1080 days from the date of manufacture when stored at temperatures below 32°C. CYMEL® 1123 by allnex is a highly methylated/ethylated benzoguanamine resin-based cross-linking agent. It possesses excellent balance between adhesion and film flexibility, especially after several cure cycles.
