CYMEL® U-1050-10 by allnex is a partially n-butylated urea resin-based crosslinking agent supplied in n-butanol and is the HAPS compliant version of CYMEL® U-1050 resin. It has wide compatibility with other film formers and is useful in fast curing industrial baking finishes and low temperature curing conversion varnishes for wood.
- It shows good compatibility with acrylic and epoxy resins and very good compatibility with alkyd and polyester resins.
- It exhibits high reactivity and tendency for self-condensation providing fast drying films with very good gloss, hardness, stackability and adhesion properties.
- It is available in ANZ (Australia and New Zealand), Asia, China, EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa), LA (Latin America) and NA (North America).
- CYMEL® U-1050-10 has a shelf life of 1440 days at <32°C.
