Polyfluo® 200

Supplied byMicro Powders- Last Updated on Jul 26, 2011

High melt point, combination of crystalline polyethylene and PTFE wax. Has been formulated to impart the excellent mar and blocking resistance as well as hardness usually associated with polyethylene, along with the lubricity (slip) provided by PTFE. Due to high melting point and solubility resistance, it is especially effective in maintaining gloss retention while imparting scratch/mar resistance, lubricity in top lacquers as well as high gloss coatings. Used in flexo, gravure, heatset web offset, sheet fed (quick set), metal decorating printing inks, coil coatings, industrial paints or finishes and all types of overprint varnishes as well as lacquers.
