- It is a solid of a high-molecular-weight sulfonium salt free of heavy metals.
- It has very low odor during and after curing.
- It shows very low migration properties.
- It is designed for white and pigmented systems.
- It can be used alone or in combination with suitable photo sensitizers in UV-curable inks and varnishes.
- It is used in paper, metal, wood and plastic coatings.
- The recommended addition level for pigmented inks is 2-4%, overprint varnishes is 1-3% and the maximum concentration is 4%.
- Omnicat 270 has a shelf life of 24 months.
