BYK® -053 by BYK is a solution of foam destroying polymers. Acts as a silicone-free defoamer for solvent-borne and solvent-free systems. Offers best defoaming performance in polar as well as in non-polar systems.
- BYK® -053 shows a fast and spontaneous foam destroying action even at low dosages.
- Used in industrial, automotive, protective, architectural, can, coil, wood and furniture coatings, printing inks and overprint varnishes.
- The recommended usage level is 0.05-0.5%.
