Proxel® TN by Arxada is an aqueous solution of 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one and hexahydro-1,3,5-tris(2-hydroxyethyl)-s-triazine. Used as a dual active broad-spectrum biocide for preservation of industrial water-based products such as inks, ink concentrates and emulsion paints.
- It is based on acrylate, butadiene, PVA, styrene and other monomer latices and paints and stains (in-can preservation) against spoilage from bacteria, yeasts and fungi.
- Proxel® TN offers quick microbial kill, long-term protection and enhanced headspace protection in container.
